LIFE PLANS, FREE WILL, ATTRACTION

LIFE PLANS, FREE WILL, ATTRACTION
August 31, 2007

One of the recommended sites listed on my blog is http://zanymystic.blogspot.com. Just discovered Zany Mystic hosts a weekly radio talk show on BBC and has a Yahoo group, "Exploring Cosmic Consciousness." The group's focus is inner work and transformation. I really resonate with that, so I've applied for group membership. I've heard that Zany Mystic's thought-provoking writings have aroused controversial discussion among individuals who find his reality challenging. This is as it should be! We all owe a great deal to persons such as Zany Mystic who are willing to "step out on a limb" in such a way.

For several months now, I've had a print of Zany Mystic's blog, "Living in the Question" at hand with the intention of writing a blog around it. Finally getting around to it! The themes of "Living in the Question" are free will, life plans, and attracting/creating. Those who are regular readers of my blog know that I'm not a "black and white" and "either-or" type of person, and that I take issue (at least to some degree) with the philosophy of living espoused in The Secret, and also with the "law of attraction." Human souls come in with a life plan in place and, Zany Mystic wrote, "We have free choice within the confines of the choices made in full consciousness on the 'other side' prior to incarnation. From the perspective of the soul and and higher self, most 'possible outcomes' have already been determined." We just get to fill in the gaps/blanks.

Sylvia Browne made some relevant comments in her book, Psychic Children, which I read several weeks ago: ". . . and the more difficult the chart [life plan], the more advanced the spirit who wrote it. Please, please never look at another . . . and think God is punishing them, or that it's a sign of bad karma from past lives catching up with them. Remember that they had the courage and exceptional spiritual insights to choose those challenges themselves, for some great purpose in this life, . . ." Many other respected people have taught ideas and realities incongruent/incompatible with the "law of attraction" over the centuries, so why do a great many mainstream individuals currently consider it an immutable law? It's not "black and white," people!

I would like to add more comments of Zany Mystic on the subject: "It only appears to us, being veiled and living in duality in linear concepts of time, that we are 'choosing.' In reality, we are choosing what we already chose." "Our level of vibration, controlled by the heart chakra, attracts the highest experiences to us. And those experiences, for the most part, are emotional in nature--not financial or material. I've yet to see how ownership of a Rolls Royce makes anyone a better person. Just ask Rajeesh!"

FALLEN ANGELS & THE TAKEOVER OF HUMANITY

FALLEN ANGELS & THE TAKEOVER OF HUMANITY
August 30, 2007

Just finished reading a thick, 600-page book, which includes some photos, that I consider to be "the last word on ghosts" (words I lifted from the back cover) of Real Ghosts, Restless Spirits, and Haunted Places. Brad Steiger is sole author of this 2003 book, and he has authored and co-authored over 160 others over 25+ years. One that stands out in my memory (and which I may still have in my collection in the storage unit) is Revelation: The Divine Fire. How much one could learn about the paranormal and related topics by reading all the books of Brad Steiger!

As far as I'm concerned, Steiger saved the best for the last of Real Ghosts. Chapter 29 is "Strange Beings That Masquerade as Human," and Chapter 30 is " Ghosts From Outer Space." In the last main section of the last chapter (#30), "Touched By Fallen Angels," Steiger presents the reality of military and aviation historian Trevor James Constable. Two of Constable's books are, Sky Creatures: Living UFO's and The Cosmic Pulse of Light: The Revolutionary Biological Power Behind UFO's. He's also involved in weather engineering and has a video available: Etheric Weather Engineering on the High Seas. Constable's reality is that the fallen angels (called Ahrimanes in the Persian and Chaldean tradition) are trying to seize control of Planet Earth, and that inner space, not outer space, is the invasion route these powers have chosen--although they intentionally deceive humans into thinking they come from outer space (and are ETs who travel by UFOs) rather than from a nonmaterial dimension which is "near at hand." We're told it is important to "test the spirits" to determine if the entity one if communicating with serves the dark side or the light force. Also the reality of Constable (and my own, for that matter) is that humans are constantly being seduced into doing the work of the fallen angels because people don't even acknowledge their existence, let alone recognize how they work into and upon earth life. Constable says, "Incomprehension of spirit forces and the institutionalized denigration of the spirit in formal education make humanity pitifully vulnerable to dehumanizing, life-negative, and destructive trends." He maintains that the hope of humankind lies in the expansion of human awareness, and I agree wholeheartedly!

Brad Steiger ends his book with this paragraph: "For centuries, the Ahrimanic entities have held as their goal the total enslavement of humankind. If they are unopposed, they will overwhelm humanity and take evolution wholly under their control. We must realize that in the struggle for mastery of earth, we human beings and our souls [emphasis added] are at once the goal of the battle and the battleground itself." There is another perspective, of course. I have no doubt that Steiger knows as much as the rest of us that the original species on this planet have been genetically altered many times over millions of years, and the reality of many who study and investigate life on this planet is that one reason (I'm given "principle" reason) for this is to make bodies suitable to host souls (human and other). One would assume that the "takeover" referred to by Trevor James Constable (and others) is, all things considered, a more recent phenomenon. I'm given of about 3,000 years duration. Nevertheless, most human body-mind units have only about 50% free will, which means someone(s) is(are) a great deal in control--and it's not the fallen angels (except in cases where they have managed to take over humans enough to displace the legitimate souls being hosted). Thought-provoking, is it not?

One focus of the healing/clearing aspect of our work is removing all illegal energies and entities from a human body-mind unit (after an initial diagnosis, of course).

UNCONSCIOUSNESS

UNCONSCIOUSNESS
August 23, 2007

One is to remember that the vast majority of humanity is living unconsciously. Otherwise harmless individuals (as opposed to criminals and such) don't think to invite someone behind them in line at the supermarket with only one or two items to go first or to motion someone who has been waiting to be checked out at a convenience store in a line that doesn't seem to be moving to move over and check out in the empty line he's just walked up to. Things like allowing someone to change highway lanes or merge into traffic by slowing down ever so slightly just don't occur to unconscious individuals.

One might take the stance that humans can't be divided into two categories--conscious and unconsciousness, that there are stages to both, and that is true. Indeed, a "ladder of consciousness" model is often used as a means to differentiate. The higher the rung on the ladder, the fewer humans one will find there.

One can express a desire to expand one's consciousness and affirm: "I Decree I Am...moving into a higher level of consciousness...Now." And it is recommended daily when first beginning. By virtue of so stating, insights will arrive and openings and opportunities will present themselves. Think upon this: Living is not about "me, myself, and I." It is about the family of humanity.

WHAT MAKES A PERSON

WHAT MAKES A PERSON

August 21, 2007

In The Book of Judas, a Gnostic text, Jesus tells Judas that the human mind or spirit or soul does not or will not survive--something that, at first glance, makes this book heresy to traditionalists. (For more on The Book of Judas, go to my March 20, 2007 blog, "Reading Judas.") However, when one considers there are various translations/mistranslations of ancient books, and differing meanings of words that people often lump together as same or similar (such as soul, spirit, mind, consciousness), then one better understands what is meant.

The human mind is part of the human body which, almost always, decomposes when it can no longer sustain/support life. As far as this goes, those who claim humans have no afterlife (that this is "all there is") are correct. However, when one accepts that a human body-mind unit has various types of souls assigned to it--human and other, then one recognizes there can be an "afterlife."

But how many people are aware that souls are not part of the human body-mind unit but only being hosted by same--and legally assigned, I might add? How many people are even open to the possibility? From personal experience, we can respond that there are few. Not many realize that memories of past/other lives are soul memories and not mind memories. Few recognize that dream time experiences that are "so real" are actual experiences, as are those in altered states of consciousness.

Over the years, we have read and been told unusual experiences of many people. We have described some of our own on this blog site. A couple of weeks ago, there was a "very real" experience of flying in a vehicle which made unusual moves/directions and beholding various scenes. Noticed a tall rock formation that was unusual and was given "needle rock." On the home page of either Hot Mail/MSN or Yahoo the next day or day after, one featured news item was about UFO activity at Needle Rock near Crawford, Colorado. So that's where I was! Or, should I say, that's where one or more of the ETs hosted by this human body-mind unit was. I recall an experience back in the early 1990s of being in a similar flying vehicle that was invisible so that we could travel and observe undisturbed. Saw what seemed to be a secret government installation protected by a high chain link fence when we followed an automobile that stopped there (and one man unlocked the gate and went in). I'm leaving out some of the details here. During that excursion, saw clearly a road sign with "Eagle Pass" (which is a town in the Texas-Mexico border area) on it. A few days later, when I was telling a gal I was shopping with about it, the cashier overheard, gasped, and exclaimed, "I just moved up here from Eagle Pass!" Now what are the chances of that?

Often one realizes that interpretations of past experiences are incorrect. When I found myself happily walking around "in spirit" through a marching bagpipe band, which was playing one of my favorite Scottish tunes, I assumed it was a time traveling experience. Now I realize that it was one of the elemental (fairy) souls hosted by this human body-mind unit who was there, and it was a present time occurrence. While we're on the subject of elementals/fairies/devas, I had wondered where those who had been hosted by this human body-mind unit had gone because they were no longer with us. Found them last Saturday when I began a two-week house/cat sitting gig at a home where I've assisted several times this year (most recently in June). My hostess said, "There's something I want to show you. We have a little Findhorn here." And that we do! (As a matter of fact, our elementals have served the Findhorn experiment/project, which is in Scotland.) My hostess had planted ferns along one side of her house and had a pathway installed (stepping stones surrounded by small rocks). The next door neighbor gave her some of his wonderful compost (which both she and I have contributed to) and she spread it around the ferns. During the last several months, we've experienced lots of rain and lower-than-average temperatures in North Central Texas. The ferns are surrounded by beautiful, huge cantalope vines, and the biggest, best-looking cantalope I have ever seen escaped the raccoons. (The seeds were in the compost.)

The elementals were overjoyed to be with this human body-mind unit and souls, and the feeling was mutual. Such wonderful, high vibrations are at the unplanned-by-homeowner garden spot! Very therapeutic! From time to time in the past fifteen years, we've composted and grown beautiful flowers and vines that were admired by many and have grown healthy houseplants, fed by our compost, that were shared with others. The elemental souls assigned to this human body-mind unit will rejoin the rest of us--ETs, angels, and human soul "at year's end." Some of our angel experiences have been described in previous blogs.

As mentioned heretofore in this blog, there are others aware of experiences of the souls hosted by their human body-mind units who have shared them verbally and in books and articles. All people aren't aware of these, but that doesn't mean they don't happen. Meditate, go within. Decontaminate. Establish and maintain a strong spiritual connection. Meditate, go within.

PRAYER--POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE

PRAYER--POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
August 19, 2007

Recently, my attention was grabbed by an article in the Dallas Morning News titled, "Minister Calls For Death Prayers Over IRS Complaints." Seems a Southern Baptist minister in California, Rev. Wiley S. Drake, used his church stationery and internet radio program to endorse former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee for president. So two members of Americans United for Separation of Church and State filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service, who can pull the nonprofit status of Rev. Drake's church because of his actions. Rev. Drake has now called for "imprecatory prayer" directed at the two men who reported him to the IRS so they will be "punished." He gave examples from The Holy Bible: "Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg." "Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow." "Persecute them. . . . Let them be put to shame and perish." A Huckabee campaign spokeswoman said, "We certainly don't condone the evil comments he's made."

My November 22, 2005 blog, "Negative Prayer," available in the archives, is worth a reread. In that blog we write about Larry Dossey's 1997 book on negative prayer, "Be Careful What You Pray For...You Just Might Get It." There was an excellent interview with Dr. Dossey in a magazine that we wrote about, accompanied by the interviewer's story of her father and his negative prayers--which got quick results. Chilling! You think that negative prayers such as this Southern Baptist minister is calling for don't get results--or at least negatively impact the ones to whom they are directed? Think again!

Whether a prayer is official (such as "Please _________") or unofficial (such as "Hope that guy gets a speeding ticket" accompanied by negative feelings--or just anger about someone without the words spoken), the message is received by one's accompanying "unseen associates" and attempts are made to answer the prayer. Who is working with/for you--dark, lower level astral beings or higher level beings of light and love? One's usual frequency resonance vibration (and we all fluctuate some) attracts beings of similar consciousness and vibration, many of whom will carry out your wishes (according to the degree of your personal power). What's your intent? What's in your heart?

UNVEILING THE SECRETS OF THE SOUL

UNVEILING THE SECRETS OF THE SOUL
August 16, 2007

Of all the books on the recommended reading list I share with others, the most difficult to find is Unveiling the Secrets of the Soul, which was published in the mid-1990s by Dream Dancer Publications (at a list price of $22.95). I didn't purchase a copy for myself when I attended a promotional event given by the authors, Leslie Mikaels and Jecobie Roberts. However, I read someone else's copy and added it to the recommended reading list. Several years ago, I was pleased to find myself a copy in the Half Price Books flagship store in Dallas. (Awesome place!)

I cannot do the book justice in this blog because it is packed away in the storage unit with most of my other books. However, I'm inspired to share some information at this time about how the aspects of the human soul, each of which represent one of the lives the soul has lived/is living (taking into consideration parallel lives and linear time being only a third-dimensional thing), can participate in the current life. An example described in the book is as follows. There are two colleagues/associates, a male and a female, both happily married, who have interacted several times a week for several years in their company's offices. In all that time, there has not been any attraction between the two--until one day when he walks into her office. They are both startled and surprised to feel the chemistry between them. What happened?

It's about shifting of aspects of the human soul--which happens over a lifetime. The human body-mind unit remains the same, of course, but the soul often experiences aspect shifts. If the souls of the two business associates were/are romantically involved in one or more other lifetimes, their souls remember. If the aspects of their human souls who were/are close in other lives happen to be "front and center" at the same time, then there is a spark of recognition and, thus, attraction. This process can also turn amicable associates into two people repelled by each other if their past life interactions were full of animosity and violence.

Mikaels and Roberts learned of "aspect therapy" from their teacher, who assigned them the task of writing the book. And what an excellent job they did! It's clear, concise, easy-to-read, and anyone who reads it will have some "aha's" and be left with a better understanding of the nature of human souls. I highly recommend it--if you can find it. If anyone finds a supply of this book anywhere, please consider donating a copy for the future Angel-Light lending library.

Also on the recommended reading list are: Susan Shumsky's Divine Revelation, which assists spiritual seekers with setting boundaries and avoiding negative unseen influences; Sylvia Browne's Life on the Other Side: A Psychic's Tour of the Afterlife; Deepak Chopra's Life After Death: The Burden of Proof; all of Zecharia Sitchin's books (by date of publishing from earliest to last); Forbidden Archaelogy: The Hidden Mystery of the Human Race, by Cremo and Thompson, which is on the same topic as Sitchin's books; Norman Paulsen's Christ Consciousness, a large book which is autobiographical in nature, but not dull by any stretch of the imagination (quite the opposite, in fact), which covers a lot of territory, including UFOs, and which is educational by virtue of its contents. Last but not least, I recommend Paramahansa Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi, which is a thick, comprehensive tome that opens one's consciousness and leaves one full and satisfied. Copies of these books are also sought for the Angel-Light lending library, for I do not want to part with my personal copies.

ENLIGHTENING BOOKS ABOUT CONSCIOUSNESS

ENLIGHTENING BOOKS ABOUT CONSCIOUSNESS
August 8, 2007

Attended a monthly meeting of a group (about 35 present) focusing on noetic sciences the other day. We watched a DVD of a university professor/philosopher lecture titled, "The Magic of Consciousness." The DVD was stopped a couple of times for group discussion. Truth be told, I appreciated the lively discussion more than the lecture, and I wasn't the only one. However, when I noticed assumptions of some of those commenting that one human consciousness is basically the same as everybody else's, I had to point out that is not the case, that all humans are not at the same level of consciousness. I was supported in that by a man who gave more information that has been presented by various researchers.

I thought of David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., and wondered if I still had the page of information on his books that I'd torn out of the Holistic Networker (http://www.holisticnetworker.com/), a quarterly publication that focuses primarily on wholistic services available in North Central Texas. I even had hope I had an issue with that page in my car (since it appeared in several issues). I didn't, but all was not lost, for there was a copy of the Holistic Networker from last year in a group of papers in the home where I'm housesitting, and it had just what I wanted.

According to this full-page ad, Dr. Hawkins, whose books can be ordered through http://www.shiftingfrequencies.com, "has devoted his life to the spiritual evolution of mankind. He is a widely known authority within the fields of consciousness research and spirituality. . . ." I've been wanting a copy of Dr. Hawkins' first book ever since reading about it in the Holistic Networker several years ago. There are now six books, and I want them all--for myself and to loan to others. I am including brief descriptions of each of the six books in order of publication date, excerpted from the Holistic Networker. Rarely is any material 100% true, and Dr. Hawkins' books are no exception. However, Dr. Hawkins is right near the top of the scale. I measured in 5% increments and am placing the percentages in brackets at the end of each book's description.

Power vs. Force: In Power vs. Force, Dr. Hawkins describes how he used kinesiology (aka "muscle testing") to investigate consciousness. He determined that the human experience can be placed on a scale that he labeled from 1 to 1000. . . . [85%]

The Eye of the I: . . . He discusses how human consciousness can evolve to a level of 600 and beyond--into the realms of the mystic and sage. . . . His reprinted questions and answers with students in this book provide valuable insight for spiritual seekers who wish to learn more about spiritual evolution. [90%]

I: Reality and Subjectivity: . . . Written in an easy-to-read question and answer format, this book takes the reader as close to the truth about truth that can be expressed in words. . . . This book propels any reader into the deeper understanding of reality. . . . [90%]

Truth vs. Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference: A science of consciousness developed that revealed that degrees of truth reflect concordant calibratable levels of consciousness on a scale of 1 to 1,000. . . . In this cutting-edge presentation, the author shares with the reader the simple, instantaneous technique that, like litmus paper, differentiates truth from falsehood in a matter of seconds. [90%]

Transcending the Levels of Consciousness: The Stairway to Enlightenment: [This book] explores the ego's expressions, inherent limitations, and gives detailed instructions on how to transcend them. . . . [85%]

Devotional Nonduality: This is the sixth book by Dr. Hawkins and finalizes and further clarifies the true nature and core of the condition termed "enlightenment." . . . This is the inner route from the self to the Self, and the descriptions of the progressive states are devoted to the reader's own illumination. . . . [90%]

The research of Dr. Hawkins is not about energy vibrations. The frequencies of humans have been measured by machines, and they fall within a certain range, but vary considerably. That is the subject of a future blog.

I measured the level of consciousness of the human souls of my three primary role models--the level of consciousness of each before their lives ended. (Remember that Dr. Hawkins' scale is from 1 to 1,000.) Mother Teresa calibrated at 785, Paramahansa Yogananda at 855, and Peace Pilgrim at 770. Obviously, my human soul doesn't even come close!

LITTLE CHILDREN

LITTLE CHILDREN
August 6, 2007

Waiting outside a library for the doors to open this morning, there was a 14-month-old boy with his caregiver and another woman. I engaged the women in friendly conversation about the child because I sensed he was not being given as much support as a child of that age deserves.

He tugged to get free from his caregiver's hand, which was around his lower arm. When she finally let him go and said, "Okay, go on," he walked over to me, about 8' away, and reached up his arms. Nothing to do but to let my heavy purse/tote and briefcase drop to the floor and pick him up! Held him quite a while as he gazed with full attention into my eyes. Told him sincerely, "I love you," told him "God loves you," told him he is very loving, and told him to remember who he is and not to forget who he is. The last words to him were "Don't forget." After he received his message, he looked over and gently leaned toward his caregiver, who was still about 8' away, and I walked over and put him down. We were complete. Many times young children notice and recognize the angel souls being hosted by this human body-mind unit. I've had it happen many times over the years. It's a joy to interact with these little blessings!

BOOKS READ - FIRST HALF YEAR

BOOKS READ - FIRST HALF YEAR
August 1, 2007

During the first half of the year, I read one fiction book, Dan Brown's Angels & Demons (New York: Simon & Shuster, 2000). It was hard because of the violence, but I stuck with it and distanced myself from the unpleasantness. All fiction is based on truth, and this book is no exception. Such was also the case with his book, The DaVinci Code, which was made into a movie and was very controversial.

I also read the following nonfiction books:

Last Rights: Rescuing the End of Life from the Medical System, Stephen P. Kiernan (New York: St. Martin's Press, 2006).

Reliance on the Light, Diane Stein (California: The Crossing Press, 2001).

Dreams from my Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, Barrack Obama [presidential candidate] (New York: Random House, 1995, 2004).

Our Haunted Lives: True Life Ghost Encounters, Jeff Belanger (New Jersey: New Age Books, 2006).

Reading Judas, Karen L. King & Elaine Pagels (New York: Penquin Group, 2007).

Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting: The Astonishing Power of Feelings, Lynn Grabhorn (Virginia: Hampton Roads, 2000). After this book being so well received, Lynn wrote another book before her life's end which was not well received. You see, after this book of changing her life using "the law of attraction," etc., she began learning through experience that there are other variables--such as dark beings of evil intent who are delighted to demonstrate that "the law of attraction" isn't an immutable law. That follow-up book is Dear God, What's Happening To Us?. If I ever come across it, I will read it completely; I already am sharing some processes from the book.

Escape on the Pearl: The Heroic Bid for Freedom on the Underground Railroad, Mary Kay Ricks (New York: HarperCollins, 2007).

Change Or Die: The Three Keys to Change at Work and in Life, Alan Deutschman (New York: HarperCollins, 2007).

The Jesus Family Tomb, Simcha Jacobovich & Charles Pellegrino (California: HarperCollins, 2007). FYI: This isn't the tomb of the family of Jesus.

Spiritual Connections, Sylvia Brown (California: Hay House, 2007).

Blame It On the Rain: How the Weather Changed History, Laura Lee (New York: Harper, 2006).

The Secret, Rhonda Byrne (New York: Atria Books, 2006). Who in the wholistic community isn't familiar with this book--and the movie? I had no interest in reading the book, because my reality (and that of Lynn Grabhorn and many others) is that The Secret, which has been developing a cult-like following (just as did The Course in Miracles), is claiming to reveal the whole truth but is not doing so. However, I just happened to see it in the new books section of my main library and decided to read it. It was a simple, easy read, for which I am grateful! Obviously, there are truths in this book, but red flags came up for me several times.

Seeking to serve and inform, I Am Angel-Light, and I am a freedom lover. This mission is able to continue because of donations of support of persons who appreciate and value the presence of the Angel-Light team and our service to them and to others at this level of existence.
