REMOVING CURSES, CORDS, ETC.

REMOVING CURSES, CORDS, ETC.
January 31, 2008

During the clearing/healing process, we work generally in cancelling curses, black magic, spells, etc. and in removing negative cords, etc.--and get results. However, I don't know exactly why, but I have found that, for me and mine, personally addressing these specifically using the names of the suspected perpetrators is very immediate and effective and permanent.

Apparently, if one strongly suspects another of engaging in such activities toward one's self, dealing with the person's actions directly and specifically gets the best results. So if you share your suspicions by e-mail, the name of the suspected perpetrator (and general location, if known), including your current name and location, the Angel-Light team will assist you confidentially--with no harm to the other person, I might add.

ENERGY CENTERS - CLEARING & RESTRUCTURING

ENERGY CENTERS - CLEARING & RESTRUCTURING
January 22, 2008

Because of new items added to the clearing/healing process, we've been revisiting some people who underwent the process in the last six weeks or so. On the analysis, we are now asking how clear the root chakra, sacral center, solar plexus, heart chakra, throat chakra, ajna center (aka third eye), crown chakra, and transpersonal chakra are. I shouldn't have been surprised when decontaminating the chakras of a man who had several cancer surgeries in the head and neck areas to be given that the throat chakra, ajna center, and crown chakra needed "restructuring," but I was. It's not as if I hadn't read information about repairs to the chakras before. Just hadn't thought of it as part of my work.

And then I had an epiphany! Realized that whenever a personal has experienced major surgery in the area of one of the major energy centers/chakras that restructuring might be in order. For example, if one has a hernia in the area of the solar plexus (which is not unusual in the general populace), that would involve the solar plexus. Where a female has had the womb removed (as I have), then the sacral center would be involved. I checked myself and found, yes, my sacral center needed restructuring.

I continue to gain insights as new information is revealed during the continuation of this work of decontamination/clearing and healing continues. May wonders never cease!

ENERGY FIELD ENHANCEMENT

ENERGY FIELD ENHANCEMENT
January 19, 2008

The energy field of adult humans normally radiates out in all directions to at least 55'-- which doesn't necessarily mean the field is strong and healthy. It is a wonderful thing to keep universal life force energy flowing strongly through the body. The benefits are many. For one thing, everyone recognizes how difficult it is to swim upstream against a strong flow of water. The same thing applies to the flow of energy. Entities and energies who want to invade your space find it difficult if your flow is strong. There are ways to enhance and strengthen one's energy field.

One way to do this is by using breathing exercises. I like to start people on this project with instructions to "prime the pump" with an energizing breath technique, which goes like this: Take several rapid breaths in and out through the mouth, making sure to pull the air down into the abdomen. You will usually see your abdomen expand when inhaling and contract when exhaling. If not, purposefully make that happen. Repeat silently to yourself over and over: "I am energized. I am vitalized."

Practicing breathing through the body's major energy centers (chakras) is beneficial. Also, this procedure helps to clear the chakras: Begin by deep breathing slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth to relax yourself. Imagine a big ball of light energy above your head. As you breathe deeply, imagine the light coming into your crown chakra and down to the brain stem, and down the spine to where the root chakra intersects the spine. Take a deep breath, and imagine the root chakra is absorbing and assimilating energy and is healing and strengthening itself. Then exhale, imagining you are expelling negative energy from that chakra, leaving it clearer and more resilient than before, breathing out both sides of the root chakra with the light energy. (Your angelic support team is waiting to gather and transmute all the garbage that you breathe out of your chakras.) Remember to fill the chakras with light after each clearing. Do this procedure for all your major chakras until you reach the Third Eye area. This is somewhat different. When you breathe out, the light goes out through the forehead and also through the back of the head down near the base of the skull. You will find your body seems to naturally do this, and you may feel a strange, pleasant sensation in your forehead. You may find it convenient to work on the crown and third eye chakras at the same time. Remember to fill each chakra with light after each clearing. Now for the fun! As you get better at this, you may clear the 1st and 2nd chakras together easily. Practice until you can imagine the light flowing out all your major chakras simultaneously. As you become more skilled at this process, you can fill your entire physical body with light and then breathe it out through all the pores of your skin.

The next step is to consciously and intentionally expand the energy out to fill an area 3' around your physical body in all directions--the approximate area of your auric egg. With every breath you take, the area is filling with the energy. Imagine that. Now state your intention to expand the energy outward to 55' in all directions. Breathe powerfully, and as you imagine the energy moving out, count 5 feet...10 feet...15 feet...20 feet...25 feet...30 feet...35 feet...40 feet...45 feet...50 feet...55 feet. Imagine the energy expanding outward in all directions as you breathe as you are at the center of a globe/ball/circle of light. When complete, allow yourself to relax as you sense the energy surrounding you. This last step may take days or weeks to master, but the results are well worth it!

It is recommended that you practice it at least once a week after you are comfortable with it. We guarantee you'll be pleased with the results.

THE ENERGY FIELD

THE ENERGY FIELD
January 14, 2008

Did you know there are devices one can wear on one's person (in the pocket, as necklace, etc.) that will strengthen and extend one's energy field? I've seen several over the last 20 years. If you want to know how to obtain one, give me a couple of weeks to gather some sources before inquiring.

For some time, we have been working with a man who is deeply troubled with lower astral entities, wandering spirits, etc. Not only do they disturb him, but his dog is very traumatized. He hides and howls. Our efforts on behalf of this household, which is several states away from my location, have achieved remarkable results and provided relief--but only temporarily. All is well for several days, and then the problems begin all over again.

During the last couple of weeks, I have pondered this man's situation--seeking clues as to the cause of the problems and how to make the changes permanent. Yesterday, when once again wondering and questioning, I had an "aha moment." The clue "void" came into my mind. Upon questioning, I finally realized the problem has to do with this man's energy field. (I already knew he had no auric egg to speak of and the reason why.)

Most adult persons have an energy field at least 55' outward in all directions. Actually, anything less than that is not a healthy condition. I was reminded by another healer recently that we can clear and maintain our energy fields up to 55', but it's difficult to have any control over our fields beyond that point.

Anyway, after realizing that there's a void where the man's energy field should be, I decided to measure. Was shocked to discover that it's only about 2' and exclaimed "eureka!" and laughed at myself. Then proceeded to assist the man based on this newfound knowledge. (An aside: He grew up in an abusive home and had a very traumatic personal trauma at an early age. His adult life has been full of negative and stressful experiences. His energy field has never extended beyond 23', and that was at about age 28. Currently, his composite soul is only about 25% with the body rather than the optimal 80%, I might add.) When I began assisting based on the newfound information, I was given that rebuilding his energy field is something he has to do for himself. I asked for a grace period of 24 hours so as to at least provide a brief respite from his current suffering. I was then given clearance to assist in another way. Afterward, was informed what we did would provide about a 3-day reprieve--at least partially. I have e-mailed this man and attached documents to assist him in opening the floodgates so that universal life force energy can flow through to expand and strengthen his energy field. We leave it in his hands, so to speak.

Meanwhile, I have already added "radius of energy field" to the analysis/reading form.

GENOTYPES

GENOTYPES
January 6, 2008

Recently read The GenoType Diet, subtitled Your Personalized Plan for Turning Off the Bad Genes and Turning On The Good Ones (New York: Broadway Books, 2007) by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, who also gave us Eat Right 4 Your Type [blood type] in about 1997.

A senior citizen friend got really excited about the blood type book and urged me to study it. I didn't remember my blood type at that point, but she was sure I was the same type as her. At the time, she couldn't arouse my interest in the book. However, several years later, I noticed Eat Right 4 Your Type at a home where I was staying and looked into it. By then I knew my blood type (and, yes, it is the same as the friend's blood type): Type A positive. Dr. D'Adamo claims that Type A's are "the original vegetarians" and do best on some form of vegetarian diet. This body has been vegetarian for over 20 years, with a few slipups in the first couple of years, and is now mostly vegan. I laughed when I checked out the foods recommended for people with Type A blood because they were pretty close to what I preferred to eat. Especially recommended were tofu and garlic (two mainstays of my diet--then and now).

So fast forward to Dr. D'Adamo's latest book, The GenoType Diet, which is a lot more than the title implies. For one thing, it contains plenty of useful information about genetics in general. Dr. D'Adamo uses six GenoTypes: Teacher, Explorer, Warrior, Hunter, Nomad, and Gatherer. As I read, I saw myself in more than one category (which is usually the case when attempting to type-cast myself). Determining one's GenoType requires about one-half hour and the assistance of a friend. Reading the material gave my consciousness information about the types and where I did and did not fit, so I decided to take the lazy way and dowse my type. Measuring in 5% increments, found I'm 60% Teacher, 20% Explorer, 10% Warrior, 5% Hunter, 5% Nomad, and 0% Gatherer. I suspect most people will be a combination of GenoTypes, with one type standing out noticeably. In fact, I'm considering adding a GenoType question to the analysis form and referring people to Dr. D'Adamo's book for more information. Some questions on the analysis are answered by words on my mind screen, some by thoughts placed in my mind, and some by dowsing. GenoTypes would be a dowsing question--at least in the beginning.

Now here's the fun part. When I looked at the charts of foods, spices, etc. recommended and not recommended for Teacher GenoTypes, it seemed to line up with the Type A information in the blood type book. I strongly recommend both these books to those who seek guidelines for healthier living.

BOOKS READ - LAST HALF 2007

BOOKS READ - LAST HALF 2007

I mostly read nonfiction--and mostly from the new books section of my main library. This includes books that are new to the library even if published several years previously. Nonfiction can be just as entertaining as fiction. All these books are nonfiction unless otherwise noted.

"The Chemistry of Joy: A Three-Step Program for Overcoming Depression Through Western Science and Eastern Wisdom." Henry Emmons, M.D. NY: Simon & Shuster, 2006.

"Psychic Children." Sylvia Browne. NY: Penquin Group, 2007.

"Real Ghosts, Restless Spirits, and Haunted Places." Brad Steiger. Canton, MI: Visible Ink Press, 2003. Note: Brad Steiger has written of the paranormal for many years--at least 50 books, and his articles have been published so many times in various magazines.

"1 Dead in the Attic: After Katrina." Chris Rose. NY: Simon & Shuster, 2007. Note: This book newspaper reporter who was/is a resident of New Orleans and who really takes you there--throughout and the aftermath!

"I Never Believed in Ghosts Until . . .: 100 Real-Life Encounters." Collected by the Editors of USA Weekend. Chicago, IL; Contemporary Books, 1992.

"Mother Teresa, Come Be My Light: The Private Writings of the Saint of Calcutta." Edited and with Commentary by Brian Kolodiejchuk, M.C. [Missionary of Charity]. Note: I wrote a blog about this wonderfully inspiring book, too.

"The Intention Experiment." Lynne McTaggart. NY: Free Press, 2007. Note: I recommend this book and also Lynne McTaggart's previous book. One can learn a lot and put the knowledge to good use.

"My Lobotomy: A Memoir." Howard Dully & Charles Fleming. NY: Crown Publishing, 2007.

"The Extraordinary Healing Power of Ordinary Things: Fourteen Natural Steps to Health and Happiness." Larry Dossey, M.D. NY: Three Rivers Press, 2006. Note: Larry Dossey's books are always useful and inspiring.

"2012: The War for Souls." [Fiction] Whitley Strieber: NY: Tom Doherty Associates, 2007. Note: Strieber originally wrote two books about his experiences with UFOs and ETs and spent quite a bit of time on the lecture circuit, so I read this book to see what useful information could be gleaned. As one knows, there is usually truth in fiction.

"The Body Has a Mind of Its Own: How Body Maps in Your Brain Help You Do (Almost) Everything Better." Sandra Blakeslee & Matthew Blakeslee. NY: Random House, 2007.

"A Slave No More: Two Men Who Escaped to Freedom." David W. Blight. FL: Harcourt, 2007. Note: This is about two men in the U.S. whose writings survived.

"Sage-ing While Age-ing." Shirley Maclaine. NY: Atria, 2007. Note: This was an entertaining read but also had useful information.

"Mr. Jefferson's Women." [Thomas Jefferson] Jon Kukla. NY: Alfred A. Knopf, 2007. Note: Lots of history in this book. I learned so much--especially about women demanding their rights in Europe during Jefferson's time. Had no idea, actually! Hadn't even thought about it. The "women's liberation movement" didn't just start up in the U.S. in the 20th century. Also didn't know that Thomas Jefferson was a very sexist man. Definitely had some issues with females--possibly because his mother died young.

That's it! Enjoy, in joy, joyfully!
