CLEARING BLOCKED ENERGY & RELEASING TRAUMAS

Someone mentioned having blocked energy in a recent e-mail, and it occurred to me to post a technique or two for releasing traumas and blocked energy. Some people try techniques once and give up if they don't think they got results. With the following techniques (and others, for that matter), "practice makes perfect." And it's important not to try too hard. Once you get started, you may find your imagination taking over.

Randomly pick a place in your body--the right knee joint, for example. State you are going into the right knee joint (with "I am..."), and go there. Breathe easily and deeply before, during, and after. Then pick another place, the gall bladder, for example, and do the same thing. Then pick a spot somewhere else, say in the right elbow. Many times what happens is that you find yourself weeping or even sobbing as you go to different places. If you have emotion come up, let that complete releasing before moving on to another spot. Take slow, deep breaths while doing this practice. What this does is release blocked energy. It's very therapeutic.

Another thing to do is to go into an area of soreness or pain or disease. If you have cancer, you can go into the cancer. If you have a headache, you can go into the headache. If you have an ingrown toenail, you can go into that area. Got the idea? You state what you're going to do (with the "I am" statement) and then do it. Again, breathe easily and deeply throughout. Once there, ask yourself (slowly, one by one) what shape the pain is, what color it is, its purpose (what it is to teach you), even what earth year it was first installed and who installed it. Do all this slowly. Once you sense you've gained all the information you can, then you can release it, and there are several ways to do this. One is to say, "Thank you. I've decided I no longer need you. I release you. I let you go." Sometimes it's necessary to go through a forgiveness exercise: "Thank you. I ask the forgiveness of you and yours for all my sins against you--past, present, future--throughout time, space, dimension. I forgive you and yours for all your sins against me--past, present, future--throughout time, space dimension. I set you free. I set myself free. We are complete now." Then take a slow, deep breath and let it out slowly to enable the release to occur.
