I was inspired to write this by a Facebook post titled “Vibrational Medicine” with these words of Dr. Christiane Northrup: "All illness starts in the electromagnetic field surrounding us, and that field is comprised of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions and those of our family and communities. Until you understand and work on this level, all health care is merely symptom relief!” From her website (www.drnorthrup.com): “Christiane Northrup, M.D., is a visionary pioneer and the world’s leading authority in the field of women’s health and wellness. Dr. Northrup is a leading proponent of medicine that acknowledges the unity of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Many energy healers (myself included) tend to
shorten “electromagnetic field” to “energy field,” but it seems to me that “electromagnetic
field” is a more accurate term, and I intend to get in the habit of using it
often instead of occasionally. I cannot
emphasize enough how important it is to remember (again): "All illness starts in the electromagnetic field
surrounding us, and that field is comprised of our thoughts, beliefs, and
emotions and those of our family and communities. Until you understand and work
on this level, all health care is merely symptom relief!” I
repeat Dr. Northrup a third time: "All
illness starts in the electromagnetic field surrounding us, and that field is
comprised of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions and those of our family and
communities. Until you understand and work on this level, all health care is
merely symptom relief!” Got it?
Clearing one's energy
field often and keeping the energy moving is important to one's health and
wellbeing because contaminants can build up over time and, thus, be more
challenging to remove—especially for people who are more sedentary. I
understand when people say, “I don’t have enough time,” and give other
excuses. Been there, done that and,
truth be told, still find myself doing that.
My early “New Year’s Resolution” is:
“I Am making myself my priority by consciously and intentionally clearing
and moving energy through my electromagnetic field on a daily basis now.”
One can address the
maintenance of one’s electromagnetic (energy) field one’s own self, or one can
call on healing facilitators such as myself (for information and/or work) on a
regular basis, or one can do both—the latter being the best option, in my opinion,
because experienced healers are privy to more knowledge than the average person,
and we who are dedicated Divine instruments have more resources available.
