An excerpt from “The Celestine Prophecy” (1993, James
Redfield) that I noticed on Facebook today: “Remember to stop as often as
necessary to re-connect your energy. Stay full, stay in a state of love.
Remember that once you achieve this state of love, nothing nor anyone can pull
more energy from you than you can replace. In fact, the energy flowing out of
you creates a current that pulls energy into you at the same rate. You can never
run out. But you must stay conscious of this process in order for it to work.
This is especially important when you interact with people.”
It was good to see this! I've shared many times that if we
are optimally connected to Soul Source (Source Energy/Life Force Energy), then
we won't feel drained by interactions with certain others. Blaming others or
labeling them energy vampires is a cop-out when our focus needs to be on optimizing
the integrity of our Soul Source connection. Believe it or not, a basic way to
do this is affirming daily for a week or so, and then once a week for several
weeks, and then once a month for the duration:
"I Am [your name], and I give thanks for the optimizing of the
integrity of my Soul Source connection--with ease, joy, glory, and
permanence--now." That is often sufficient, for it initiates the actions
of angels on our behalf. Just begin with
the basics and wait several weeks for evidence of changes in your interactions
with people you had thought were draining your energy and with others. If there
continue to be energy drains, there is more in-depth self-work necessary.
