Some of these words were posted to one of my Yahoo groups in response to postings of others. The post to which I was responding was about the importance of not fighting (resisting) perceived evils. Well, it seems to be true that "what you resist persists"--at least to some degree. Maintaining one's peace and equilibrium is so important, and I confess that I don't succeed 100% of the time, but "every day in every way I am getting better and better."
Making a decision to remove impurities/contaminants that one has allowed into one's being at any level is not resisting, but part of maintaining dominion over one's being. Just as the physical body has parasites, viruses, etc. come in through various means, so impurities come into the energy bodies. It is not to make judgment of one's self and of others because of such states, but just to "take care of business"--do whatever is necessary to clear/decontaminate one's being of such things. Ignoring them and affirming "oneness" won't make them go away or lessen their impact (not in most cases, anyway).
We are living in 3D, a dense, physical level, and physical and energy body contaminations are just part of it. It is do to what one needs to to take care of one's self, such as--for the physical body, good nutrition, drinking lots of water, getting sufficient sunshine and fresh air, taking medications for disease states--for the energy bodies, maintaining a strong flow of energy throughout and removing any perceived or known impurities therein. The majority of humanity neglects the energy bodies.
