HEALING: OPTIMIZING WELLBEING

Each and every embodied soul is supervised and attended to (in alignment with soul's life plan) by light beings based in higher vibration realms. The labels “guardian angel” and “angels” are commonly used. Other terms less often used are “guides” and “higher self” and “higher selves.” There are others.
So, if we want assistance with day-to-day living and maintaining the integrity and wellbeing of our person, all we have to do is speak the word in one form or another. It helps if we feel love and appreciation and gratitude for the body and our Divine Support Team (as I like to call them). Our prayers and spoken words are heard and are considered.
For maintenance and optimizing of our wellbeing, mumbling and speaking rapidly and quietly aren't very effective. Taking time to deep breathe is important as well. The spoken word is to be clear and precise and easily understood. And, we don’t have to address anyone in particular. Some people prefer to begin each prayer request with, “In the name of Christ.” If that is what you prefer, do it.
Sometimes, just the word “optimize” is appropriate, such as with connections, “Please optimize my Higher Self connection--now,” and “Please optimize my Soul Source Connection—now.” Pause for a few seconds after each spoken request, and then say, “Thank you.”
Other times, using the intro, “Please optimize the integrity and wellbeing…” is used, such as, “Please optimize the integrity and wellbeing of my overtones and upper room.” And, “Please optimize the integrity and wellbeing of my energy field” and “Please optimize the integrity and wellbeing of my astral form” and “Please optimize the integrity and wellbeing of my mental body.” “Circuits, channels, conduits, and meridians” can be included in one request. Several more areas are probably coming to mind of the reader at this point. Don’t discount any suggestion that is offered you by your support team. And don’t think that one time covers the remainder of your physical life.
