Someone stated on social media recently: "I am so done with [illness/sickness name]." He/She has been suffering from this ailment for several years. My comment was: I like the way you state "I am so done with...." So many times people say "I am sick of this...."
We’ll expand on that comment here. The words we put after "I AM" claim it for us. Let us not claim sickness. If you're done with it, don't claim it any more. Instead of "I have ______," (etc.) make it "My body feels "______" or "Doctors diagnosed _________." Instead of unease and disease and sickness, speak the word, such as: "I claim wellness and wellbeing" or "I claim healthy and well" or "I claim ease." Aloud, slowly and clearly when at all possible. If you speak the same phrase over and over several times, remembering to breathe deeply between speaking, you may feel a subtle shift in your body. It takes some people longer than others (over days or even weeks). "Practice makes perfect," so to speak.
Some people prefer to use the word "choose/choosing" rather than "claim/claiming," but "claim" seems to have more power.
Here’s a little extra reminder: What are you aligning with? (And you can align with more than one “this, that, or the other.”) An example might be: I AM aligning with [wellness and wellbeing]—NOW.
Here’s an extra: I AM vibrating in harmony with [wellness and wellbeing]—NOW.
