Someone asked for some prayers and good energy on social media today, naming three physical issues (diseases) that were very negatively impacting him, Sharing my comment, which was offered from my heart, in hopes at least one person reading it would benefit from the suggestions. Coaching. Here it is:

If it were me, no matter what the symptoms, no matter how severe, I would be chanting aloud and silently, in rhythm with full, deep breaths, "now healing, healing now" "going clear, clearing now" At least 3X each session. And, I would be communicating with my body, thanking my body for hosting my presence as a soul, expressing my love and appreciation, and giving my body instructions, such as: "Body, please release and clear the causes of the _____________ [for example] aching muscles, weakness, etc. Name the symptoms, one at a time, when instructing the body. Don't name a diagnosis or disease. I would also be affirming, "I AM [your name], and I AM releasing and clearing what is NOT mine to carry or to heal--NOW." Deep breathing before and after and moving your hands/arms in a complete gesture (such as clapping hands or thighs) or, preferably slinging hands from the above the head (or as high as you can get them) down the front of the body. If all the issues and symptoms ARE yours to carry or to heal aka aligned with your higher plan for this life, go within and communicate with your Divine I Am and/or your higher selves. Meditate, go within, communicate, listen. (Yes, I do what is described here—AND MORE--when I feel the need.)

Caveat:  This is not to suggest that one is to do practice these and similar practices without availing one’s self of the expertise of medical professionals.

Had a wonderful experience the other day when shopping with a friend.  We often go our separate ways when inside a large store to make wise use of time.  At some point,  I saw her motioning me to come to her and began walking her way.  At about eight feet from her I began feeling very high-vibration energy coming onto and into and through me—radiating outward. Held my hands and arms out in front as I (we) approached her.  She explained that a friend recovering from major surgery and rehab had just called her for a face-to-face conversation.  Aha!  That’s who that Healing Love-Light Energy was for!  It continued to flow until their conversation ended.  Not the first time it’s happened since I became a Divine instrument in the 1980s.

I’ve forgotten more than I remember about the last thirty-five or so years, but I did include examples in my little self-published 2019 memoir.  Here’s an excerpt:

In addition to Healing Love Energy sessions by appointment, our angel selves would gift others spontaneously when we were out and about in public places. I remember an occasion while eating and reading in a restaurant. I noticed energy moving through my body and a man looking at me strangely. When he finished his meal, he walked over to me with an amazed look in his eyes and exclaimed, "Who are you?! I felt really bad. Now I feel great! I felt something coming from you. What did you do?" I just smiled and responded that I was glad he felt better--something short and simple.

One time when on a public bus, I felt energy moving through my body and wondered to whom it was going. Found out when I arose from the seat to exit because a man sitting across the aisle jumped up and reached out to try to stop me from leaving. He came to his senses and, with embarrassment, pulled back his arm and sat back down. He had been the recipient of all that Healing Love Energy.

Spontaneous Healing Energy can occur quietly and simply, as in the two cases from my memoir, or dramatically, like the recent instance.  I’ve experienced it happening both ways many times over the years. Of course, it’s healing for my instrument as well as the intended recipient or location. What a blessing!

After my usual long bath this morning, I spoke the words without giving thought in advance: “I AM an Angel-Light, and I AM ascending to vibrate in harmony with my highest angelics—now.”  There was an immediate shift into joy, and I felt more energy. Definitely vibrating higher now.  A new great way to start the day!  I normally speak “I AM vibrating in harmony with [whatever]—now.”  Seems there is “magic” in the “ascending to vibrate in harmony with [whatever]—now.”  The term “higher angelics” is something I’ve not used before.  In recent weeks, I read or heard someone referring to his/her higher angelics and it, obviously, found a place in my consciousness.

I have felt shifts into higher vibration when affirming “I AM vibrating in harmony with” my Soul Source, my angelic expressions, Christ Consciousness, the Christed Ones, Christ Love, and more.  Using the new “I AM ascending to vibrate in harmony with,” one can choose (when/if there is a need): peace and harmony, freedom, wellness and wellbeing, effortless ease, higher love, service to others, no harm living, loving kindness, and more. 

Pick one or more of these (or something else that occurs to you) and experiment for a few days.  Caveat:  If you often find yourself carrying around a lot of anger or negativity, or something similar, it may take weeks to convince your subconscious mind (where sabotage originates) that you are sincere.

Enjoy, in joy, joyfully!

Depending on what words are chanted and the quality and quantity of feeling given the practice, chanting can clear negativity within and around us and also program our bodies and our minds.  Chanting can even put us to sleep.

If sleep is eluding you, and your mind won’t cooperate, chant “quiet mind” and then “relax” and “at ease” silently. Gently, in tune with deep breaths.  As you begin to sense a winding down, you can switch to: “sleepy” and then “deep sleep” (again, silently). As you become closer to sleep, the breathing will become lighter.  Staying seated in the heart center or even in our core can be helpful. Too often, we’re trying to put ourselves to sleep when our mind and our energy is somewhere else. Far better be it to consciously and intentionally stay in body.

To assist with staying “in body” at times when you’re not wanting sleep, you can chant aloud, in tune with breaths: “center” and “balance.”  Or, “being here now.” Placing hands palms down over your heart or between the heart and solar plexus can assist. 

When sickly, you can chant: “now clearing, clearing now” (at first) and then move on to “now healing, healing now” and “strong healthy, healthy well” and  “healthy, happy.”  Move your body or body parts in some way, even if it is just gently patting. Don’t forget the breathing!  In fact, a little extra effort to make those breaths less shallow and more deep is recommended. Chanting “love heals” can be very comforting.  Chanting “a-living thriving” (with long “I” when pronouncing) also can help once you feel a little better.

You can also chant “a-living, thriving” when you are low in energy or even depressed.  If you’re so depressed that you can’t manage that, start with the basics, such as: “I Am” over and over again.

If you feel what some describe as “emptiness” or you don’t sense your Divine connection aka spiritual connection, or you even feel cut off from Source, there are chants for that condition as well, such as “Divine Spirit, Divine One” and/or “Great Spirit, Great One.”  Some prefer “Christ Jesus, Jesus Christ” and “Christ Everlasting, Christ Divine.” After these, chanting “One” over and over again while deep breathing can do it for you. Once you begin to sense the Divine presence and a lift in spirits, chanting “Vibrating higher, shining brighter” can put you over the top (from my personal experience and that of others).

If you’re sensing your vibration is lower than you want it to be, chanting (almost like a command): “Love zone now” can take you there.  Also useful is: “I Am higher mind” and “higher mind now.” Another is: “Higher awareness now.” To maintain a high vibration, chanting “happy healthy, happy well” can be beneficial. 

If you're not already practicing chanting, go for it! Don’t forget to practice conscious breathing to keep your flow of life source energy at optimal levels. And, move your body when chanting! 

Chanting can definitely facilitate wellbeing!
