Once during the first decade of my active mission/ministry, one of my knees was sore, and I couldn’t recall injuring it in any way.  So, I journeyed into my knee.  Found a wee elf-like being with tools there banging on the knee.  My initial reaction was to confront him, with: “This is by body, my space!”  His startled response was, “How did you know I was here?” I ordered him: “Pack up your tools and leave my body and never come back!”  He did just that!  The knee began feeling better immediately and the pain stopped soon after

Having some unusual things happening.  I had a hard fall yesterday. Nothing was broken (except perhaps some damage to the etheric body).  Just shaken and sore in places--shook up, so to speak. Body is great to be in its 80th birth year.  It was about 40 when the soul shift happened (by agreement).  Anyway, it occurred to me to actually "lay hands" on the knee that was sore as a result of the fall—rather than just hold the hand above the knee as had been my custom.  In the past, when I channeled energy for people (as an “Instrument of Divine”), not touching, the sensation of energy coming out and pulsing at times would start, and then stop when the energy session was complete (my signal to stop, as was also sometimes a red stop sign or the palm of a hand appearing on my mind screen). When I put one hand on top of my body’s sore knee, wow!  Energy came through strongly and pulsed as it came through for the knee.  After a while, I was guided to the other knee.

I guess my point in sharing this is to report that I'm having more opportunities and reminders to be my true self (as I’ve been requesting), rather than just communicating with nature spirits and channeling energy for my house and patio plants,  Actually, I'm in an "I don't care what people think” frame of mind—even if it makes me a target for hatefulness for one reason or another (and it has).

Was exploring old files recently and came across some of my blog articles that were shared long ago with the readers of Amy Martin’s “Moonlady News.”  “Energizing Made Easy” is one of them.  Here it is.

Ever wished for more energy to complete a task or to walk that extra mile?  Here are some quick and easy methods to generate more energy and increase the flow through your body.

One such method is spinning your body in a clockwise direction. Begin by simply focusing on the four directions [generally] and move slowly from one direction to another.  Gradually increase the speed of your spin—placing your arms in whatever position seems natural, feeling free to move them at any time.  To alleviate any dizziness and facilitate balance, find some object at eye level, and let that be your focal point. Every time you face that object when spinning, focus on it.  As with any procedure, you’ll become more comfortable with spinning with practice.

There are several breath techniques that provide energy, including this one (standing, if possible).  Take several rapid breaths in and out through the mouth, making sure to pull the air as far down into the abdomen as possible. You will usually see your abdomen expand when inhaling and retract when exhaling.  If not, intentionally make that happen. As you become more familiar with this procedure, your abdomen will expand and retract naturally.  Repeat silent to yourself over and over: “I am energized. I am vitalized.”  Breathe rapidly but be careful not to overdo.

Almost everyone knows that moving the body with intent can transform a tired body into a lively body.  Well, try moving the arms while standing to freshen your energy.  Start with the arms hanging by the sides of the body. Then swing them out and up so that the palms of your hands meet over your head.  Then swing the arms and hands down the front of your body, palms lose as far as they can go. At that point, swing them out to the sides until they are extended out from the sides of your body.   Remember to intentionally breathe throughout the process. Also, it is beneficial to silently instruct your body, such as using the word “energy” throughout.  I personally like, “I Am generating and emanating happy Healing Love Energy now.”

Last but not least, just pretend your arms and hands are brooms and sweep your electromagnetic body clean, slinging those arms freely everywhere you can reach, moving the body to access as much of your energy as possible.  Woo-hoo!

Don’t give up if you have difficulty with any of these selections from my collection. The more you practice, the easier it will become.  Practice, practice, practice!

Identifying as a walk-in beginning about 1985, I thought I had read and heard all there was to know about the subject (knowing the term “walk-in” is multifaceted).Yet, I purchased yet another book on the subject based on the mention of it by Ken Lloyd (www.kenlloydofficial.com) when listening to one of his intro videos.  Ken is described as “an energy field architect, soul infused walk-in, and transformational healer.”  A long-time acquaintance, whose opinions I value, had introduced her readers to Ken. I was attracted to her description of Ken, laughing with delight because Ken has a Team/Collective, and they serve in a same/similar manner as we the Angel-Light Team/Collective during the active years of our ministry/mission.

As I understand it, the book “Walk-ins—the Cosmology of the Soul” (Sheila Seppi (a walkin), 2020, 310 pp) was instrumental in Ken’s process of awakening to the knowledge of his walk-in status.  In her intro, Sheila comments: “This book is focused on the varieties of transient, transacted exchanges between bodies and souls…. for various reasons, one soul may make an agreement with another to trade forms. When we think of this in the human context, we call these people ‘walk-ins,’ as a new soul has ‘walked into’ an existing body.”  

Sheila describes six types of walk-ins in depth: soul exchanges; soul infusions; soul overlays; soul braids; soul jumpers; and soul layering (while others are described briefly). She classifies and discusses several classifications of soul origins—including earth seeds; source seeds; dimensional seeds; star seeds; wanderers; hybrid souls.  She includes portions of her interviews with various types of walk-ins—about twenty-five (including fifteen or so first-person accounts), which makes it all the more enjoyable.

In my opinion, “Walk-ins—The Cosmology of the Soul” covers the subject of walk-ins (of various types) better than any other I can remember.  I recommend it highly (although I’m not meaning to suggest it is the “know-all-end-all” source on the subject). I do pass books on to others, but this one is a keeper for my collection.

Words are powerful magnifiers and creators and have been used intentionally to create change. We would like to recommend the word “vibrate” and its various forms. An informal definition of vibration is “a person's emotional state, the atmosphere of a place, or the associations of an object, as communicated to and felt by others.”

Using the statement/affirmation “I Am vibrating in harmony with ________” has been found to be an affective way to shift one’s frequencies., “I Am vibrating in sync with ________” can be even more powerful.  Being in sync with something is being (loosely speaking) the same, while being in harmony with something or someone means being compatible. Many people report sensing shifts in the body after using the action verb "vibrating" in this way.

It should be clear from reading the preceding paragraph that vibrating in harmony is the more gentle way to shift frequencies. After we are proficient in the use of “in harmony,” we will find times that the use of “in sync” will be appropriate.   One example of this is “wellbeing.”  Vibrating in sync with “wellbeing” is a good thing, and it’s personal—different for each and every one. On the other hand, vibrating “in sync” with “abundance” can be contrary to a person’s life plan at one time or another, and making the affirmation, “I Am vibrating in sync with abundance” can be too much for the subconsciousness to accept, while “I Am vibrating in harmony with abundance” allows the subconscious to shift more easily.

To shift your frequencies to a higher vibration. Being each statement/affirmation with: “I Am vibrating in harmony.”  End each with “now” or “on a full and permanent basis now,” whichever seems appropriate to you personally. So, what do you want to vibrate in harmony with?  Here are some suggestions: healthy and well; wellbeing; love and joy; freedom; light; peace; lightness; loving kindness; compassion.  No doubt, more will come to mind after you begin the practice of shifting frequencies in this way.

Speaking the words is not magical, but so doing begins the process of shifting and changing and moves it along. Yes, you can often feel the higher frequencies from the beginning.

Regular followers know that that I worked with a team and used the pronoun “we” a lot during the years my ministry was active.  Actually, spontaneous opportunities still arise to be of service. I like to say we’re part-time in these retirement years because when communicating with others, we naturally share. And, there are times when we are called to “travel” to remote locations to serve.

Recently,  I opened an email from Cosmic (my word) Carla Fox to read her latest blog. I found myself smiling and then laughing with joy. Here’s why Carla starts the blog with: “I have been working with Ken Lloyd extensively for the past few months.  Ken is an energy healer who is assisted by his “team” of 22 higher aspects of himself.  These are his Higher Self, Oversoul aspects and many off planet aspects as well.   He uses light language channeled from his team to do the work, but not always.  The light language is encoded for healing and also ascension frequency acceleration.  I have been aware for some time that each one of us has a higher dimensional team that is assisting, whether we realize it or not.  My Quantum Sphere Healing work has never consciously made use of other beings, although now I realize that they have always been helping behind the scenes.”  (To read more of Carla’s blog titled “The Team,” go to https://thecarlafoxblog.blogspot.com .)  She describes something that happened recently, which is interesting. It’s easy to find other articles by name on Carla’s site to learn and to enjoy her travels and photos.

It’s very validating when other facilitators admit working with a team—whether it’s in healing or in teaching. I’ll admit to not sharing that we’re a team (the Angel-Light Collective) many times. On the other hand, I’ve shared stories on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ about noticing one or more of my team members facilitating healing for others.

Clive Shane Herrington writes about this in his “Self-Healing Handbook: The Advanced Handbook of Soul Transformation”: A soul collective is a team of beings that together have a specific mission. As part of their mission, they all have different skills and qualities that are needed at particular times. In this regard, they can consciously exchange.  They use one human vehicle as a focal point within this reality, with the one being most suited to mission requirements at a particular time occupying the body

Esther Hicks/Abraham (who channels teachings) shared related information in August 1999:  Abraham is not a singular consciousness as you feel that you are in singular bodies. Abraham is collective consciousness. There is a stream or river of consciousness. As one of you asks a question, there are many, many points of consciousness that are funneling through what feels to be one perspective (because there is, in this case, one human, Esther, who is interpreting or articulating it), so it appears singular to you. We are multidimensional and multi-faceted and, certainly, multi-consciousness.  .

I’m finding more and more healing facilitators coming out of the “spiritual closet,” so to speak

I enjoy watching some of the short “reels” people post to Facebook, particularly those that are inspiring and informative, and those featuring people helping other people.

I almost didn’t watch the “reel” about chakras aka energy wheels/energy centers (the main seven) and affirmations. (How much more do I need to learn about chakras after decades of learning?)   I’m glad I did watch the “reel,” which was credited “to the universal noww” (yes, an extra w on now) brought to Facebook from Instagram made sense, and I want to play with it.

Everyone who has read my blog articles over many of the twenty years of its existence knows how much I’ve emphasized “I Am” affirmations and how important it is not to make a negative statement beginning with “I Am.” Well, the “reel” I watched claims that “I Am” affirmations are created from the root/base chakra, and they are a good thing. However, affirmations created from the other main chakras are important to include for wellbeing and manifestation, too.

I wrote the information in list format as I listened.  First, as mentioned already, “I Am” is base/root chakra based.”  “I feel” is from the sacral chakra.  “I do” is from the solar plexus chakra.  “I love” is, of course, from the heart chakra.  “I speak” is from the throat chakra.  “I see” is a brow/forehead (third eye) chakra

Affirmation.  Lastly, “I understand” is a crown chakra affirmation. Now doesn’t that all make sense?

So, I intend to practice creating and speaking affirmations from the perspective of the chakras.  I sense that when involving all the chakras when self-programming creates powerful energy.

One reason I was attracted to “Healing Soul Journeys: Real Life Stories of Awakening and Teachings of Higher Selves, Book 1” (Alex Martin Bee, 2024, 266 pages) is that I enjoy reading what I call “case studies,”  which are sometimes transcripts (partial or full) of healing sessions. An issue with case studies is that sometimes the books containing case studies are long with small print.  Not so with “Healing Soul Journeys.”   Line spacing and font type and size make for easy reading.  And, this book isn’t overwhelming in size, but definitely long enough that you’re left with a sense that you got your money’s worth.  

The author is a “Quantum Healer” with years of experience, whom I first “met” on Facebook. I began following Alex on Facebook him because his healing practices addresses many of the same issues that we the Angel-Light Collective addressed during the years of our full-time ministry (albeit in a different manner).

On the back cover, we find:  “In this groundbreaking work, renowned quantum healer Alex Martin Bee presents an empirical study of consciousness, using the only instrument capable of fully exploring it—consciousness itself.” Here is more in general from inside the covers: “Whether you’re a seasoned spiritual seeker or new to these concepts, this book offers a compassionate and enlightening look at the journey of the soul.  You may find resonances with your own life experiences. While each story is unique, the underlying themes of growth, healing, and awakening are universal.” And: “This book aims to open doorways to new avenues of scientific investigation into the nature of reality and the depths of human potential.”  “The goal isn’t to promote a belief system, but to provide evidence that invites further exploration and scientific inquiry. Whether you’re a seasoned researcher in consciousness studies or new to the field, there’s a wealth of data here that points  to the vast, multidimensional nature of human consciousness.

Here are some of the chapter titles (not a complete list):  Awakening to Our Multidimensional Nature; The Cosmic Alchemy of Forgiveness, The Celestial Sword, The Shaman’s Talisman, Unshackling the Soul, Guardians of the Grid. 

Included are ten processes/meditations/exercises for “optimizing of one’s wellbeing” (my words): Releasing Past-Life Burdens (which I refer to as Releasing Burdens of Other Lives); Activating Your Inner Emerald Light; Cosmic Connection & Soul Integration;  Embracing the Multidimensional Self; Elemental Connection; Cosmic Dance Connection; Cosmic Connection; Connecting With Your Inner Light and Wisdom; Cosmic Om Resonance; Soul Fragment Integration.

People, when the bodies of your loved ones die, let their souls/spirits go. Don’t hang on. Give them their freedom. Make it official.  Look at a photo of your loved one or image her/him in your mind and speak aloud, slowly and clearly, with ample pauses:  “[His/Her name], this is [your name].  I love you. I release you. I let you go.  Go to [choose one or another of your choice: heavenly home; soul source; creator; soul family]—now.”

A family of five came into my life several years ago (three adult children living at home, two males, one female)—of agnostic persuasion.  The father of the family had been diagnosed with an advanced-stage of cancer.  The mother of the family was grasping at straws—anything to save his life—and was referred to me.  We found we couldn’t interfere in this case, but remained in the life of this family even after the father’s demise until for a year or so afterward.

The parents of this family were very close, and the father promised to stay with the mother after his body died, which she asked him to do. That he did.  He stayed with her and became deeply embedded in her, attaching and eventually merging with her, which created a dual-occupancy of the mother’s body, making her very happy. Yes, this can happen and does.   

At some point, she related to me that she went to a well-known psychic medium (who communicates with deceased humans) to seek messages from her husband.  The medium couldn’t locate her husband (and this was months after his death).  However, the medium reported that the seeker’s father had come with messages for her.  She was not happy about that, but found the father’s identifying information to be accurate and accepted the father’s apologies to her.  She called me later and related what had happened. I explained to her that her husband was still with her, a part of her now, and that’s why the medium couldn’t find him.  A confirmation that made her happy.

From time to time, after the family and I had moved on, I would receive the mother’s name and, at other times, the name of one of her sons (whom I had been in the presence of more than the other children).  Each time I would send all their parts and portions that might be with me to their rightful place in creation. I also withdrew any of my parts and portions that might be with them. (It’s good to cover all the bases—just in case.)

Turns out, I seem to have been wrong about the mother and son visiting me. It was the spirit of the father who was attempting to get my attention by giving me the names of his wife and son. I experienced Divine tingles of confirmation as I wrote the first two sentences of this paragraph.  When in twilight sleep recently, I experienced something that was shocking.  The father of this family (a good, stable, nonviolent man, who obviously had been suppressing some of his emotions during the last year or so of his life) was attacking his wife and trying to kill her when the son jumped onto his father to stop him. Obviously, the father was ready to go to freedom. 

I immediately initiated the rescue of the father (uniting all parts and portion of his energy and spirit). I received, "Spirit Rescue Mission," and the Angels of Deliverance and Transition got involved and spirited the father away to where, I was informed, his earthly mother was waiting. His hierarchy will facilitate his process now.

People, when the bodies of your loved ones die, let their souls/spirits go. Don’t hang on. Give them their freedom.   Always remember: “There is no separation in Spirit.”

Something happened recently that inspired me to write about this subject again.  First, the word “psychic” comes from the word “psyche,” which is defined as “the human soul, mind, or spirit.”  The word “psychic” is defined as “relating to or denoting faculties or phenomena that are apparently inexplicable by natural laws, especially involving telepathy or clairvoyance.

The recent happening was about a friend injuring a leg when at a social event. It wasn’t until he went to a medical facility that he found a bone in his leg was fractured. Several weeks prior, he had mentioned to me that his senior citizen father had fallen and fractured a bone in his leg.  Well, same leg, same bone (different place, though)—a few weeks apart.  As a spiritual healing/wellbeing facilitator, I was almost certain it wasn’t a coincidence and begin to guess how that might have happened. My first thought that it had to be a strong psychic cord between the two. Too strong.  Possibly and overly possessive and controlling father. Not a healthy situation. If he wants to talk about it, then we’ll explore it in depth. 

I’ve shared on this blog spot before about what happened when I first moved to this apartment in 2010, and here it is again for those who may have missed it. Within a few days after move-in, my feet and ankles began to hurt very much. That had never happened before! Shortly thereafter, there was a potluck for residents in our community gathering place. Being 95% vegan, and not wanting to sit at a table where people are eating meat, I don’t normally attend such things, but I thought it might be a good idea to satisfy any curiosity of the other senior residents about the new resident.  So, I prepared a dish and went. On the walk back to my apartment, I caught up with another woman who was walking slowly and carefully (almost shuffling) in the same direction I was walking. She told me she was trying to get her feet to work. She was my next-door neighbor! Aha! I knew our energies were mixed in some way. I had never met her or interacted with her prior, so there wasn’t a cord. After I was back in my apartment, I separated our energies, and the issues with my feet and ankles were gone.  They were not mine. Also installed a frequency field around my apartment.

You might be surprised how often people carry other the dis-ease or energy of others When someone has asked us for assistance who is obese (for example), the first step is to see if he/she is carrying the energy of other people. The next step is checking for spirits attached.  

A simple way to clear others from one’s energy field is to affirm thusly: “I Am [your name], and I decree and declare I Am releasing what is not mine to carry or to heal and sending it to its rightful place—throughout creation—now. Word I Am Word.” Speak aloud, slowly and succinctly.  If a great deal of your time is spent out and about with other people, it might be good practice for you to affirm this on a daily basis.  It is also can be spoken when you have desires for different foods, clothing, etc.

Sometimes a person’s energy body can be damaged—through wounds, falls, surgery, occult practices targeting that person, or deliberate psychic attack. Being targeted can be done remotely. Doesn’t have to be in person. This makes one susceptible to energy penetration or even invasion by lost or wayward spirits.  We have angels aka helpers we can call upon for assistance in such cases.  On occasion, a portion of a person’s essence or energy body can be left with someone, lost, or misplaced—or even stolen covertly by occult practitioners on the left-hand path for various reasons. If we’ve traveled a lot, we might even find some of our energy in other areas of our country. If you don’t know how to retrieve missing energy or essence yourself, or how to repair your energy body, ask your angels to do so for you. If you prefer, you can ask your Source Soul or someone of higher-level existence.  

I’ve made this very, very simple intentionally, but it will give the reader of an idea how such things can happen.

Been asking Divine Spirit for inspiration for a new blog article. I not only received it today on social media, I  was reminded that the subject has been on my mind for a couple weeks. This isn’t the first time the “I Am” and speaking the word have been featured on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ in all its years of existence, and it may not be the last.

Someone shared on social media that all of a sudden he had a craving for a particular beverage that he doesn’t normally drink.  My first thought was that perhaps the energy of another person (living or deceased) had attached to his, which often can be easily processed. Speak/Affirm: "I Am releasing and clearing what is not mine to carry or to heal--NOW." Then take a deep abdominal breath through the nose and let it out through the mouth. Sweeping the arms out and around the body can facilitate the clearing. Doing this three times, one right after the other, is a good practice. Do it daily to cover whatever might show up.  (Yes, I’m aware of more advanced practices, having been a wellbeing facilitator for many years until semi-retirement. But this is meant to be basic.)

Moving on, it’s good to remember, “If you name it, you claim it.”  Pay attention to what words you insert after “I am.”  No, you are not sick. No, you are not in pain.  Change your words.  For example: “Doctor, there’s bad pain in my lower abdomen.” Not, “Doctor, I have pain in my lower abdomen.”  It’s not as difficult as you might expect.

Yes, another no-no is putting negative words after “I have.”  No, you don’t have a cold. No, you don’t have [insert disease name].  If you name it, you claim it. Change your words.  I’m aware that some people focus on their health issues and speak and write about them obsessively. Words have power. That’s giving power to the issue. Think differently, communicate differently. Also, remember that a fever is a sign your body is working to heal or clear something.  Fever isn’t the dis-ease.  Think in sync with deep breaths: “Now healing, healing now” and “Now clearing, clearing now.”  Do what you need to do for your body, of course.  Don’t ignore your body or try to deny the distress of your body. Your body is sending you a message.   Again, do what you need to do for your body, which means that consulting a licensed medical professional is sometimes the best option. Know your body well.

Above all, respect your body, and speak to your body in a loving, positive way. For example, ask your body to release and clear the pain in the left knee and repair any damage and heal any wounds. Use “thank you” always after instructing your body. You can even consult with your body, asking your body for what it needs and giving choices. There what is called “muscle testing,” and that’s only one of several ways to consult with your body.  I like to stand still and ask my body in a way to get a “yes” or “no” response. If my body tilts or slightly moves forward, the answer if “yes.”  Backward, the answer is “no.”  No movement means “I don’t know” or “try again.” That’s enough now. This short piece is only the tip of the iceberg.  Research, learn, practice. Focus on wellness.
