During these challenging times, being in
witness aka observer mode and following one's inner guidance (Divine I Am
Spirit within) rather than paying heed to the ego mind or consciousness of the
masses is very much in order.
I Am Angel-Light, and I rejoice and give
thanks that I AM releasing and clearing all the turbulence and all the
heaviness and all the negativity of this world from my beingness--throughout
creation, for the duration--NOW. Word I Am Word! Thank you! [Substitute your
name for mine and speak these words slowly and clearly, taking a slow, deep
breath before and after. Once is enough to start the process. Try this once a
day for about a week to enhance your wellbeing.]
Many times, when we decontaminate and
decorrupt and heal and clear ourselves, our relationships and our home
environment shift, too. They're interconnected. That's why we the Angel-Light
Team do "discovery work" for core and root causes before addressing a
seeker's specific issues. Otherwise, it's mostly just applying bandaids.
I Am Angel-Light, and I AM generating and
emanating happy Healing Love-Light Energy--now. [Substitute your name for mine
and speak these words slowly and clearly aloud, with one deep breath before and
one deep breath after. After a few times, you may feel some shifts.]
No fear, just loving one another. Fear
attracts what you don't want, so let it go and just love and eagerly anticipate
good things happening. Imagine love; imagine good.
There is body mind (ego), and there is soul
consciousness (dIvine). Choose to live as soul.
I Am Angel-Light, and I rejoice and give
thanks that I live and move and have my being in a quantum field of Christ
Golden Frequency Light, circulating dynamically within and around me and mine—throughout
creation, for the duration—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you! [Substitute your
name for mine and go for it. Allow your imagination to be involved. And, move
your body. It's not just about words. Daily.]
"Perfect love casts out fear."
Trust in God/Divine and use common sense. And, don't worry about anyone
else--ever!!! If you pray, ask for the wellbeing of the individual of focus.
I Am Angel-Light, and I AM optimizing the
integrity and wellbeing of my Divine High Self connection--NOW. I Am Angel-Light,
and I AM attuning to and aligning with and embodying my Divine I Am
Spirit--constantly, consistently, continuously--NOW. [Change my name to yours
when speaking this slowly and clearly, and remember to take a slow, deep breath
between sentences. Test this over a week or two and then reaffirm once or twice
a month for insurance purposes.]
My daily pledges: "I Am Angel-Light, and
I pledge allegiance to Christ Consciousness." And, "I Am Angel-Light,
and I pledge allegiance to my High Command." (Note: Some people pledge
allegiance to "my Higher Power.")
The Divine High Self (Soul Self) of each
person guides each person as to what is his or hers to do--not the judgment of
other persons. On the other hand, some persons are disconnected or minimally
connected to higher guidance and, thus, may not be following Divine Will aka
Soul's Plan for the life, living by Ego's will instead. It is to meditate and
go within to find one's own way.
I Am Angel-Light. With my whole heart, I AM
forgiving myself and I AM forgiving all others--NOW. I AM releasing the past
and letting go—NOW. I AM freeing myself and all the others from mistakes of the
past and results of mistakes of the past--NOW. Word I Am Word. Thank you.

times a month until you sense clearance. Be sure to pause and take a deep
between sentences.]
I Am Angel-Light, fully embodied, fully
alive. Feeling good all over, feeling glad to be alive. Vibrating higher,
shining brighter, loving more. Word I Am Word. Thank you! [If these words don't
feel true for you personally, speak these words slowly and clearly on a daily
basis, or even more often, and witness them becoming true for you. Change my
name to yours, of course.]
I Am Angel-Light, and I AM sending Love to
all who send me negativity--NOW. Word I Am Word. Thank you! [Just substitute
your name for mine and speak the word slowly and clearly.]
I Am Angel-Light, and I AM releasing and
clearing what is not mine to carry or to heal--on a full and permanent
basis--NOW! Thank you! [Replace my name with yours and speak this slowly and
clearly every day.]
I Am Angel-Light, and I rejoice and give
thanks that I Am ascending onto and abiding on my highest possible frequency
timeline for this embodiment--constantly, consistently, and
continuously--throughout creation, for the duration--now. [This immediately
effected a shift for me today. Try substituting your name for mine and repeat
this slowly and clearly from your high heart center.]
It has been my experience in 30 years of
facilitating healing and wellbeing for people, animals, and places that people
with stronger spiritual immune systems absorb from their environments
(including stuff of other people) minimally, while those with weaker spiritual
immune systems absorb more. Transmuting and transforming is something that not
only benefits one's self but also can benefit others. Some healing facilitators
consciously and intentionally take on (absorb) the stuff of other people in
order to transmute and transform it, thus benefiting society as a whole.
Some times when people ask for healing in
their Facebook posts, I feel no energy begin coming through for them. In such
cases, I say a quick heartfelt prayer for them. Other times, the Divine Christ
Healing Love-Light Energy begins flowing into and through my person
immediately, so I sit focused on the profile photo of the seeker until the flow
stops. This morning, the energy flow for one person was stronger and longer
than I've ever experienced it in response to a FB post. Wow! (Here's a tip: If
flowing energy to someone drains you, then you're using your own energy and not
Divine energy. If it feels wonderful to you and leaves you feeling good, then
it's Divine energy. I've been feeling very alive since this morning's
experience.)
