I had in mind to write about maintaining higher consciousness today, but then I realized we had written on the subject of consciousness several times since the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ was created.  If you put any of these titles in the search blank on the top left of the site, you can pull up any you want to read: Consciousness Alignment (July 2016), Levels of Consciousness & Realities (June 2007), Enlightening Books About Consciousness (August 2007), Angel Consciousness (August 2013), Consciousness Expansion (August 2014), Cosmic Christ Consciousness (May 2015), Multidimensional Consciousness (October 2016), Consciousness Stairsteps (August 2018).  There are others that are related.

I had been affirming my ascension into higher consciousness using various words for a few years, and doing so has been beneficial.  However, when scanning the Consciousness Expansion article, I realized that I needed to be expanding into higher consciousness—at this time, anyway.  Here are some words of Lisa Renee (www.energeticsynthesis.com) from that article: “Energy is Consciousness, and it either contracts or expands to maintain or increase its frequency rate. The process of how fast or slow energy contracts back towards its center point of source field is the Vibration rate. The process of how fast or slow that same energy expands away from the center point of the source field is the Oscillation rate. The combination of both the pattern of Vibration (contraction) and Oscillation (expansion) speed is what determines the frequency rate of all energy and things. As our personal, collective, and planetary consciousness raises frequency, the matter world, including our physical bodies, also becomes less dense as our frequency increases.”

As I was preparing to walk to a store this morning, “I Am expanding into my World Server Self” came into my mind and out my mouth. I refined that into: “I Am Angel-Light, and I Am expanding into my World Server Self and being my World Server Self—on a full and permanent basis—now.”  Wow! I had been using the action verb “ascending,” but repeating the “expanding” statement/affirmation brought a level of bliss and joy I don’t ordinarily experience.  I got sort of high, people. And I remained high until I returned to my apartment. I’ll be making that statement several times a day. 

An all-around good statement for wellbeing is: “I Am [your name], and I Am expanding into higher consciousness, expanding into higher love—now.”  You might choose to expand into specific consciousness with: “I Am [your name], and I Am expanding into 5th (or 7th) dimension consciousness—now.” Or, “I Am [your name], and I Am expanding into Higher Self consciousness—now.” 

There are events and interactions and locations that can bring about a lifting of one’s consciousness and increase one’s frequency rate, and (as commonly used) raise one’s vibration. On the other hand, there are events and interactions and locations that can do the opposite—despite one’s best efforts.  It’s part of living human at this dense level of existence. 

There are numerous ways to place one’s self into higher consciousness, and there are many ways to raise one’s vibration.  I’m reminded of a song with words that go, “You can’t have one without the other.”

Recently, someone who has been trained in energy clearing/work but hasn’t had a lot of practice shared an experience on Facebook about a lengthy energy session that she had with a practitioner-in-training.  She reported that the practitioner’s energy was very strong, and she struggled to stay in her body during the session. She had an overwhelming amount of emotion and rage come up afterward. In addition, she has been sensing a black cube in her field (or possibly projected through her eye apparatus). She has been struggling to get this issue resolved and feels as if she is back to where she was a couple years ago when she began learning and practicing. She asks for suggestions.

There were several comments of support with recommendations. One healing facilitator commented that it is an etheric device, which he has found in his own field and that of others. Another person reported finding a black box in/with herself in the past. I have a story about a black box I found in my own self and its removal which I’ll share in this article. Someone else suggested it could be a “soul shard” (aka fragment).  Another person reported seeing black cubes around people’s heads (from time to time).

Here’s my comment: If it is showing up as a black cube, I'm 99% sure it’s an implant and something you don't want in your space. I don't sense it is a soul fragment to be retrieved. However, it's plausible that the energy session brought up some stuff to clear, so it may be that the black cube was already deeply buried and surfaced during the session rather than being implanted during the session. Don't assume either scenarios.  

Here's my “black box” story.  Twenty or so years ago, I found myself feeling sad and weeping and having a “hurting heart” off and on for days and didn’t know why.  So, I went into a meditative state and asked what all the sadness was about.  I was promptly shown a blackish, metallic-appearing box inside my upper chest with several elf-like beings idling with it. I asked why it was there. Received that information clearly. I then got the attention of the entities with it: “This is my body, my space, and I don’t want this thing in my space.”  I instructed them to remove it, but all their pushing and struggling didn’t move it one bit.  So, I called in angels to remove it and them, which was accomplished immediately.  It was goodbye to sadness within a few minutes time. 

When you sense something amiss in your being, don’t attempt to blame self or others. Just deeply relax and ask your higher selves where the issue is located in your body (if you don’t already know). Remain quiet and wait with all your senses activated. You may or may not get the location clearly. If you do, respond with “thank you.” Then, focus on that area, even journeying there with your imagination, and instruct: "Show me."  Wait a minute or two. You may or may not sense anything.  If you do, respond with “thank you.” Then ask: “What do I need to know about this, to learn from this?”  If you receive insights, respond with “thank you.” Finally, state clearly, with power: “This is my body, my space, and I don’t want this. Therefore, I command and demand its neutralizing and deactivating and disabling and removal from my space—NOW. Thank you!”

If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, then perhaps a healing/wellbeing facilitator can. However, it is important to remember that just removing it isn’t going to teach you anything, so find a facilitator who will help with causations discovery first.

This piece is a follow-up to “Are You An Empath?” posted to the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ on this date.  The "symptoms" of major empathy can also be ascribed to weak or damaged auric field/body. Optimizing the integrity of the auric field/body on a regular basis is important.  This can have various causes, including inactive lifestyle, resulting in stagnant energy; surgeries; psychic abuse/attacks; falls or injuries or blows to the body.  

The terms “auric body” and “auric field” and “energy field” and “energy body” and “auric egg” are commonly used interchangeably.  The term “etheric body” is also used.  First, we’ll share a few words about these terms. The auric body is an interconnected field of energy around the physical body, primarily oval-shaped. Its size differs from person to person.  Our energy bodies interact and exchange with the energy bodies of other persons and our environments. If we lead inactive lives and don’t keep our bodies moving or move energy in other ways, energy, including energy that is not our own, tends to get stuck, which can lead to dis-ease (such as common colds or, over time, more detrimental dis-ease).  Much more is available on the Internet.  

The energy bodies of some people are so dynamic and healthy (such as those of athletes) that they tend to self-repair and heal immediately after injuries or in a very short time after surgeries. On the other hand, some auric fields are very permeable overall.  People with the most permeable auric fields tend to be more empathic than the average.  During the years we provided the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis, one of the things we checked was level of permeability.  If that was over 25% (scale of 1-100%), we recommended reducing it to about 25%.  That level is comfortable for one’s health and wellbeing.

We are available with specific procedures and words to optimize and maintain the integrity of the aura, as well as energy clearing sessions (although, ideally, we teach people to help themselves).
