The Central Vertical Channel (CVC), also known as the Rainbow Bridge, also known as the antahkarana, is a bridge of consciousness and energy, a conduit through which the consciousness of the soul and the life of the spirit flow. Much information is available via Internet search engines. I also have handouts available upon request. I was not aware that one's CVC can be contaminated and even clogged until this year when it was finally made clear to me. I hadn't really thought about much, truth be told. Contaminants can include lower-level energies related to past lifetimes and other types of psychic debris. Contaminants can inhibit or even prohibit the divine soul from maximally downloading into the human form. Here we are focusing on the matter of astral entities and extensions of other people who can invade and even inhabit one's CVC--especially if the divine soul is only partially embodied.
Unbelievable, you say? Yes, others with sufficient skill and experience can enter one's Central Vertical Channel. This lifetime I have only done this once--intentionally but instinctively--in search of clues as to why a cosmic man had ended our involvement (in 1991) after leaving three very validating messages on my voice mail. For what it's worth, after finding him in anguish, I stayed only momentarily. Still in doubt? Then read this excerpt from The Tantric Body: The Secret Tradition of Hindu Religion by Gavin D. Flood (2006). It describes "the most important ritual" in saiva Siddhanta, a Hindu school/tradition. This is only part of the ritual of nirvana-diksa. Obviously, the subject is covered in many other publications--many not on Hindu religion.
. . . The main feature of this rite is that the master installs in the body of the disciple the totality of the cosmos contained in all the levels, and the entextualised body is then transferred to the substitute of a cord that extends his whole length. In his visualization [actually extending himself to the disciple], the master enters the Central Channel of the disciple's body through the aperture at the crown of the head. Having gone down to the heart, the master then leaves the body by the same route in his imagination, taking the disciple's soul with him, along with the constituents of the universe. He brings the soul and constituents of the universe into his own heart through the aperture at his own crown, and finally emits them from there, establishing the disciple's soul and cosmos in the cord. This cord (pasa), which represents the universe that binds his soul, also represents the hidden channel (nadi) that pervades the vertical axis of the body. All the levels of reality need to be purified, which means detaching them from the soul. . . .
The practice of one person entering the Central Vertical Channel of another is not exclusive to this Hindu school. Uninvited entities invade the CVC more times than some spiritual healers recognize. I have found in my work that in the process of decontaminating a CVC, many times the person coughs as the illegal energy/entity is expelled or exits. One may wonder how much influence an entity lodged in the CVC can exert. Yes, it happens!
In the clearing-healing process, we ask that the Central Vertical Channel be restructured and brought to optimal condition after contaminants are removed. A good "insurance policy" for keeping one's self as clear of contaminants as possible is to make use of any process one becomes aware of (such as provided numerous times on this blog site) to address various types of contaminants. The Angel-Light team remains available for those who want information and assistance.
