Decrees/Affirmations are to be spoken aloud slowly and powerfully after taking a few deep breaths. We recommend this set be spoken at least twice a day on a daily basis. One will begin to feel shifts--some immediately, others gradually over time. (We're all different after all!) Before, between, and after each, one is to affirm, "I Am [Name]. I Am That I Am."
"I [Name] Decree I Am aligning and attuning with the highest frequencies of love on a full and permanent basis now."
"I [Name] Decree I Am releasing the ego self and merging with the soul on a full and permanent basis now." [Warning: Be prepared for this one to bring up deeply buried stuff that is incompatible with divine love.]
"I [Name] Decree I Am aligning with my higher spiritual plan and placing myself on the higher spiritual path on a full and permanent basis now."
"I [Name] Decree I Am elevating my consciousness and embracing my true self on a full and permanent basis now."
"I [Name] Decree I Am expanding into higher consciousness, expanding into higher love now."
"I [Name] Decree I Am coming from love at all times, with all people, in all situations on a full and permanent basis now." [Note: This is something to strive for, while admitting we all fall short at least some of the time.]
