Question: How does one protect oneself from the
intrusions of dark souls that one works with, when one cannot simply "cut
them off" or leave? Is there a
method by which they can be effectively "cut off" so that they cannot
attempt to take my energy, try and incite anger or other negative feelings, attempt
to energetically assault me or, worse, pass their negative entities over to me?
I ask this because of the persistent bad
conduct of a guy called “John” [alias] in my office. Not for the first time, I
have had to tell him today to mind his own business, get his own house in order,
and stop trying to tell me how to run my Accounting Department when he has yet
to learn how to run an IT Department. He is young and inexperienced, but with a
huge ego. He goes behind my back to try and undermine me with our boss, to try
and "score points," which I then have to "counter," and it
is all so unnecessary. I am at the end of my career, and don't need such people
near me. I have no idea why he conducts himself the way he does, I guess some
people are quite simply “rotten tomatoes.” When he came into my office today to
ask whether I had completed a document required (which I had), I simply asked,
"Is your house in order?" and told him, "Come and see me again
when it is,” to which he replied, “[F-word] you," and walked out. I
responded, “Excuse me, what did you say?” But, of course, he had gone. He is clearly a
dark soul, but why he attacks others defies me. Anyway, enough information! I just need your advice on how I
"block" him while I continue to have to associate with him during
work hours (as infrequently as I can).
Response: The first thing that comes to mind is to take
one’s self out of vibrational resonancy with the perpetrator. I recommend:
“I Am [your name]. With the power, with the light, and with the love of
my Inner Divine Spirit, I Am taking me and mine out of vibrational resonancy
with [his name] and placing me and mine in vibrational resonancy with [whatever you wish, such as the highest frequencies
of love and light or the frequencies of peace and harmony]." The term “me and mine” is all inclusive—anything
and everything that is part of and/or associated with yourself, and it covers
more than just “me” and “myself.”
The
tendency people who are confronted with such as you describe is to slow down
the breath and pull in energy, which is counterproductive. Far better is it to take a few deep breaths
and imagine one’s energies expanding and becoming stronger. One can silently say to one’s self: “I Am increasing my energy flow and
strengthening my field now.” You can
also experiment with closing your three lower energy wheel chakras chakras temporarily: the root,
the sacral, and the solar plexus. This
doesn’t mean you won’t be sending energy out those chakras but that you are, in
effect, blocking any outer intrusions.
Just affirm that you are closing your root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras.
Imagine a red rose in the root chakra, orange rose in the sacral center, and
yellow rose in the solar plexus—in full bloom. Then see each one transforming
into a tight little rosebud. Remember to
open these chakras when no longer in the presence of the offender. If one forgets, they will eventually open up
on their own, but allowing them to be closed for more than a few days at a time is something
you don’t want to do.
One
can also ask one’s Divine Support Team to install a one-way frequency shield
over the auric egg for the purpose of blocking any energy sent your way by “John,”
such as: “I Am [your name]. I invoke my Divine Support Team on behalf of
me and mine now, and call forth, ask for, command, and give thanks for the installation
of a one-way frequency shield over my auric egg to block any energy sent from
and through “John” to me—now.” Silently affirming
this is okay in the workplace, but better to say this aloud when away from the
workplace. These tend to fade over time,
so affirm on a daily basis: “With the power, with the light, and with the love
of my Inner Divine Spirit, I Am strengthen the frequency shield blocking “John’s”
energy now.” You can ask your Divine
Support Team to “reinstall or strengthen as needed” once a week or so.
We
have several handout processes covering this and similar issues. Here is information from one of them. First, invoke your Divine Support Team, such
as: “I Am [your name]. I Am That I
Am. I Am invoking the intervention and
assistance of my Divine Support Team concerning [person’s name].” Then make the following requests slowly: “I am asking you all to heal my relationship
with ________ and cancel all my negative karma and all my karmic contracts with
________--on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you all to break all
rapport between me and __________--on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you all to move me and __________
out of vibrational resonancy—on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you
all to dissolve all negative cords and connections that ________ and I have—on
a full and permanent basis now. I am
asking you all to break all empathic bonds, energy connections, and links
between __________ and me and to recalibrate my systems to ensure these bonds,
connections, and links are not reestablished—on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you all to release and clear all
the energies and soul fragments of __________ that I am carrying and return
them to ________ and to release and clear all my energies and soul fragments that
_________ is carrying and return them to me—on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you all to send everything that
came into and onto me and mine of, from, and through ________ back to ________,
and to bring anything with ________ that was sent of, from, and through me and
mine back to me—on a full and permanent basis now. I am asking you all to
separate the energies of ________ from me and mine--on a full and permanent
basis now.” Some of these seem to be the
same, but it is better to cover everything, so I suggest one make use of them
all.
There
are other things one can do, depending on the situation and circumstances; however, knowing you are an independent contractor on assignment rather than a
permanent employee and will leave the assignment soon, I won’t necessarily recommend
them to you. However, I will share a
little for readers who might benefit. I have had wonderful reports of success from
people who have set out to clear karma with a co-worker (assuming there is some
because of incompatibilities and hostilities).
Away from the environment, one imagines the face of the person after
relaxing with a few deep breaths. The one speaks: “[Name of person]. This is [your name]. I ask
your forgiveness for my sins against you and yours—past, present, future—throughout
time, space, dimension—now. I forgive you [name of person] for your sins
against me and mine—past, present, future—throughout time, space, dimension—now. I forgive you. I ask you to forgive me. I
choose to move forward into grace now.”
The word “sin” is an archetypal word and covers the bases for this
process.
Hopefully, some of these suggestions will assist you. If not, write again, for we have more. There is also such a thing as a “relationship severance,” which includes some of the information here, but it is not to be used concerning workplace relationships.
