In 1974, Lauren Zimmerman
(www.nlightpress.com, www.dimensionsbeyond.com) experienced a life-after-death episode that turned out
to be “an in-depth training session about existence.” Recently, I read some words of Lauren’s on
Facebook, and here is an excerpt: “One
of the things I was shown was that all of existence is right here and right
now. All of existence is one place and time. But within existence are dimensions. Each
dimension is ‘enveloped’ in an energetic vibration that keeps it separate from
the others. All things are made up of
energy. Energy has different vibratory
rates. A good example would be the difference between a piece of steel and a
butterfly. The butterfly is more ‘porous,’ more ‘tangible.’ Its energy is
vibrating at a different rate than a piece of steel. The two can touch but not mesh. Their
vibratory rate of existence keeps them separate.” I want to add to Lauren’s words that within
dimensions are sub-levels of vibration, termed “overtones” by many. Excellent example!
And interesting websites! Lauren has published books as fiction that
are actually factual. Check them out!
We’ve covered “vibrational resonancy” a
number of times over the years in our writings, but reading Lauren’s words led
me to decide that it is time to write yet again on this important topic. The reader may want to re-read “Transmuting
& Transforming,” posted on November 23, 2012 because this piece is related.
When one decrees and affirms, one is to
speak aloud—as purposely and as powerfully as one can manage. It helps to take
at least three deep breaths before speaking. Full body breaths are the best (in
which the entire trunk of the body is felt to expand and contract).
Decree:
“I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of Christ Divine, with the power
of Christ in me, and with the power, with the light, and with the love of my
Inner Divine Spirit, I [your name] Decree I Am removing me and mine, and all
that is within and around me and mine, out of vibrational resonancy with
________ and into vibrational resonancy with ________--on a full and permanent
basis now.”
Obviously one puts what one doesn’t want to experience in the first blank. That can be a person’s name, accidents, lower astral negative entities, the dark matrix, psychic attacks, etc. For the second blank, some people select an ideal that they want to be in vibrational resonancy with, such as Christ consciousness, the highest light of heaven, Divine light energy of the Christ vibration, the golden light of Christ, the Christed grids, the Christ matrix, the light grids, and the light matrix. (Note: It isn’t recommended that one seek to be in vibrational resonancy with another person because one never knows the whole self of another person. People aren’t always as they seem.)
One
can also fill in the blanks as suggested in “Transmuting & Transforming” with
what is unwanted and wanted, such as anger-love, sad-happy, grief-joy,
disease-wellness, dark-light, unclean-clean, demonic-angelic, heavy-light,
resentment-appreciation, sabotage-support, pain-pleasure, negative-positive,
harm-help, fear-trust, contempt-compassion, poverty-plenty, hostile-friendly,
lack-abundance, violent-gentle.
Have
no doubt that stepping into one’s power and affirming and decreeing can change
one’s life. People who are new to so
doing often need practice before experiencing shifts and changes; however,
sooner or later, they will be sensed and noticed. Caveat: What is degreed and
affirmed that is manipulative or harmful may be blocked, as will what is
against one’s life’s plan. So choose wisely!
