NEGATIVITY CLEARING TECHNIQUE

Emotional Clearing Technique: Place the left hand on the Core
Star (above the navel and below the diaphragm). Place the right hand on the
Soul Seat (above the heart but below the throat. Activate the Fear or haunting
thought by feeling the Fear, intensify the feeling instead of running from it. Then
say these words: “This Feeling of (name the Fear), does not belong to me. I dissolve it with Love, Now and Forever. AMEN” OR “This
Thought of (name the haunting thought), does not belong to me. I dissolve it
with love, Now and Forever. AMEN.”
Judy then recommends shining light out from
the heart center with the intent of dissolving the negativity.
Perhaps I’m misunderstanding, but I have an
issue with the words “does not belong to me.”
Here at this level of existence, we create negative thoughts, which
create negative feelings. We imagine
negativity—some of us more than others of us. Denying our creations can
negatively impact our wellbeing. So why not take responsibility? In that context,
I recommend the following, which I call "Negativity Clearing Technique," on a weekly or even daily basis:
Negativity Clearing Technique: Place the hands as instructed by Judy. Sense the negativity as much as you can. Then affirm, while patting the body areas with the hands, “I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of Christ and under the law of grace, I [your name] decree I Am neutralizing and dissolving and disappearing all negative thoughts and feelings and imaginings that me and mine have been and are creating, cultivating, attracting, and carrying—on a full and permanent basis now. And so it is! And so it is! And so it is!”
Then take regular breaths with as much of the trunk of the body as
you can manage. Imagine Divine light energy (which transmutes) coming through the crown of the head and
central vertical channel down to your core (above the navel and below the
diaphragm). From that core, fill your
body and auric egg with the light energy, and then breathe it out 12’ or more
in all directions, with several deep breaths, ending with, “And so it is!”
