ENERGY CLEARING: SIMPLE AFFIRMATION

When
writing an email with suggestions to an individual today, I decided to share some of the suggestions I had for her on
the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥.
So many people are unaware and unawakened to the fact that there are many ways one’s energies can be contaminated and, most importantly, there are simple things one can do to enhance one’s wellbeing. Among them are affirmations. Using your imagination and as many senses as possible is recommended when affirming.
So many people are unaware and unawakened to the fact that there are many ways one’s energies can be contaminated and, most importantly, there are simple things one can do to enhance one’s wellbeing. Among them are affirmations. Using your imagination and as many senses as possible is recommended when affirming.
Before each affirmation session, in which one or several affirmations are
made, it is good to speak one’s statement of being. I’ve posted information
about this more than once this year and frequent readers of the ♥Angel-Light
Beamer♥ will be familiar with the subject. For readers who aren’t, here are
some suggestions, using my name. Just substitute your name for mine or create
another simple statement of being for you personally. “I Am Angel-Light Love of Texas.” “I Am Angel-Light. I Am The I Am That I Am.”
Begin each of the following simple affirmations with either “In the name of
Christ” or “In the name of the Light.”
Use your imagination as you affirm each statement aloud, slowly and
clearly and firmly, being careful not to engage your solar plexus but to
instead engage your higher energy centers when so doing. And use your hands and
arms when it feels right. Here are a few
of the simple affirmations: --releasing what is
not mine to carry or to heal and sending it to source—now. --eliminating all
dead energy from this my embodiment and releasing it for transformation—now. --clearing and releasing what is not mine to
carry or to heal and sending it to a processing station—now. --clearing and
releasing all metaphysical and psychic and emotional weight from this my
embodiment and sending to a processing station—now. --eliminating all that is blocking and
congesting from this my embodiment and sending it to a processing station—now. --banishing
all foreign negatives from this my embodiment to a transfer station—now. --shifting
into balance—now. --moving into center—now. --releasing all the pressure I'm under—now. Perhaps the
reader can think of more, as I no doubt will after posting this article.
Always
remember that there are light beings/spirits/angels/entities (and entities isn’t
a negative term except when being specific) all around who are kind enough to
be helpful with disposal of what is being cleared. Remember to breathe deeply with the entire
trunk of your body before and after each affirmation. When banishing or sending something away, it
is helpful to imagine gathering it all in a golden orb of light and pitching it
out. You might like to imagine a golden transport vehicle, such as an airplane
or UFO moving off into space after you’ve released and cleared contaminants
from your energy. There are some types of clearings where tossing that which is
being released into a bowl of salt water is appropriate (but not many). When releasing
pressure, I like to imagine a pressure cooker releasing steam. You can be as
creative as you wish. And breathe, breathe, breathe.
