found in my mailbox this morning:

countenance, nothing can change. Nothing long term will change, that's certain.
Haven't you noticed that a new disease pops up, and humanity finds the cure,
only to find another disease popping up? Don't you think it's interesting that
you don't get to the end of those diseases? The reason you don't, is because
you have not yet come to the end of pushing against things."
My
old Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “countenance” as “demeanor” (among other
things). In my mind (and that of many
others), one’s vibration is about the frequencies one is holding and vibrating
and broadcasting and emanating.
Want
to raise your vibration? Think
about: What makes you feel good? What makes you laugh? What inspires you to move your body? What
makes you smile inside and out? Getting
in the habit of thinking about these and following through with action, such as
dancing, listening to a favorite comedian, etc., can go a long way toward raising
one’s vibration. Also, when we’re
thinking negative thoughts (which lower the vibration), making use of the words
“cancel” and “neutralize” every time such a thought is created makes a
difference.
Our
negative thoughts and spoken words about others can lower our vibration, more so
if they are accompanied by emotions, and if that state persists for more than a
few seconds. It works both ways. The negative thoughts and spoken words of
others, especially when accompanied by strong emotion, can negatively impact
us. Sensitive people sometimes feel this
as like a cloud settling on them. The more sensitive, the more one perceives
it.
Speaking
the word “cancel” and/or the word “neutralize” is recommended every time one
creates a negative thought or image.
These can be created both consciously and unconsciously, intentionally
or unintentionally (due to subpersonalities, programs, encodements, habits,
etc.) And sometimes negativity created by one person can come into the
consciousness of another person. So, yes, some of the thoughts may not be one’s
own. It is suggested they be cancelled
and neutralized—whoever the source. If they are not addressed, they will
eventually dissipate—unless they find like energy to merge with and become
stronger. An affirmation/decree I like
to use every now and then is: “I Am [your name]. In the name of _____ [the
Light or the Christ], I [your name] Decree I Am neutralizing all negative
thoughts and imaginings that me and mine [so as to include subpersonalities,
etc.] have created and are creating, and that others expressing through my
person [such as attached, deeply entrenched spirits] have created and are
creating—on a full and permanent basis—for the duration—now.” Some people like to state, “What I have created,
I can destroy, and I Am destroying all negative imaginings that I have
created—now.”
Of
course, running high-vibration light energy through one’s embodiment—organs,
systems, components, consciousness, etc. [gold ray recommended for this], and cleansing
and purifying with the violet ray are quite conducive to wellbeing.
Although
we the Angel-Light Team can and do address corruptions and contaminants for
people, which raises their vibration, at least for a time, a person who makes
keeping the vibration high a personal top priority is to be commended.
