As far as personal wellbeing is concerned, there is nothing
more important than spiritual connection.
Spiritual connection is with your High Self, your Oversoul, your Soul
Source, and your Multidimensional Soul Self. You can choose also to connect
with your Divine or engage with your Angels (the latter especially when you are
intending to employ the assistance of your angels). Sometimes different words/names/titles mean
the same thing, but using all these will cover a lot of bases.
Take at least a few minutes every day to close the eyes and
breathe with the full trunk of your body—beginning with inhaling through the
nose and exhaling through the mouth. Slowly, deeply. Every now and then think to yourself, “I Am
[your name], a Sovereign Soul.” This in
itself will enhance one’s wellbeing.
When relaxed, you can keep your eyes closed or choose to
open them to make some affirmation statements aloud. Each statement begins with “I Am [your name], a Sovereign Soul.” The word “engaging” seems to be much more
effective than connecting. Most of us
are already connected—at least to some degree.
Try this. “I Am [your
name], a Sovereign Soul, and I Am engaging with my [choose one from the first
paragraph] in full measure—now.” I would
save Multidimensional Soul Self for last.
It is not recommended that you go through the list above all in one
session. Better to engage one per
session and then observe any shifts and changes over the next several hours or
the next day or two. Going through the
entire list over a week’s time is good.
In the beginning, doing this for several weeks reinforces the
engagement.
