Someone who worries about his/her adult children a lot called me
recently to ask, “What do you pick up on [name]?” Well, asking me to investigate someone else makes
me feel uncomfortable, for there’s a fine line between violating an individual’s
personal space and checking that person out. Do you know that when you worry about a loved
one you are projecting negativity to that loved one and possibly (depending on
the frequency and intensity) cording (plugging into) that person? Far better be it to ascend from the lower
emotional body (based in the solar plexus area) into the higher feeling body, which
is based in the upper chest (sometimes called the high heart). That area is also
where the so-called assemblage point is located. To do that when worried about
someone, just say to yourself, “Rising above, rising in love,” and imagine moving
your focus from the solar plexus to the high heart/higher feeling body.
And then pray for the wellbeing of the loved one. There are several ways to do that, of course,
according to one’s preference. You can
speak (or recite silently if necessary).
One prayer is called “the most benevolent outcome prayer” which is
promoted by Tom T. Moore, who has written some books with this in the
title. So you ask for a most benevolent
outcome for the healing and wellbeing of [name]. Tom adds “and may the outcome be better than
I could hope for or expect.” Here’s the
format I use: “I Am Angel-Light. In the
name of Christ, I request a most benevolent outcome for the healing and
wellbeing of [name of person]—now please.”
When I read on Facebook about someone requesting prayers about a medical
procedure or someone they love in bad condition after an accident, and so on,
then I ask for a most benevolent outcome.
Sometimes I ask for/invoke immediate direct Divine intervention for the
healing and wellbeing of the person. If
someone has been kidnapped by terrorists, I ask for specific outcomes, such as
rescue, deliverance, safety, etc. In
summary, rather than worry, just rise above and pray for the person.
Two different people have told me this month they’d send me some
energy (because of an issue). No, I don’t
want anyone else’s personal energy. I
don’t want anyone sending me anything (unless it is money or gift cards I can
spend, of course). I don’t send anyone
else energy. My energy (and my issues) doesn’t
belong in someone else’s space, and I don’t want anyone else’s energy (and
their issues) in my space. Far better be it to set one’s intent to channel
Healing Love-Light Energy or the Light of Christ for the benefit of [name]. Here’s
a statement of intent: “I Am [your name],
and I Am opening myself as a Divine Conduit of Healing Love-Light Energy and
the Light of Christ for the benefit of [name]—now.” Being seated and closing the eyes usually
works best for me. One can imagine the person in the mind’s eye or just the
name of the person if you don’t know the targeted individual’s appearance. Some
people prefer placing the palms of the hands upward in the lap; others prefer
holding the arms up with the palms facing outward. Remembering to breathe slowly and deeply is
important. If one isn’t accustomed to
doing this for others, it is good to ask Divine to use you as an instrument of
healing and wellbeing on behalf of the targeted individual.
Personally, I get my energy and healing direct from Divine (when I
remember to ask) and don’t need anyone to send me energy. I prefer people praying for me using the most
benevolent outcome prayer—with love, of course:
“In the name of Christ, I [your name] request a most benevolent outcome
for the wellbeing of Angel-Light Love of Dallas County, Texas.” I also appreciate people praying for me with
these words: “In the name of Christ, I
[your name] call forth and ask for showers of blessings upon Angel-Light Love
of Dallas County, Texas. Thank you!”
Then there is what I call the Nonattachment Prayer for Others and
have shared several times during the twelve years of this my blog site’s existence:
“[Name of Person], this is [Your Name]. May
your life be aligned with your Divine purpose. May your life be in harmony with
Divine Love and Divine Light. May you so live that all who meet you will be
uplifted, that all who bless you will be blessed, and that all who give to you
and assist you will receive the greatest satisfaction. If any should attempt to harm you, may they
contact the Light within you and be healed.
So be it.”
For me personally, I prefer people using these words to pray for
me (from the high heart/higher feeling body):
“Angel-Light, this is [Your
Name]. May your life be aligned with your angelic mission. May your life be in harmony with the Light of
Christ and Christ Love. May you so live that all who meet you will be uplifted,
that all who bless you will be blessed, and that all who give to you and assist
you will receive the greatest satisfaction.
If any should attempt to harm you, may they contact the Light within you
and be healed. So be it.” I pray using these words--but in first
person--often.
Come to think of it, I would surely benefit from prayers on my
behalf at this time, so I ask the reader to pray for me as in the previous
paragraph and also to ask for a most benevolent outcome (as set out above) for
my wellbeing: “I Am [your name]. In the name of Christ, I ask for a most
benevolent outcome for the wellbeing of Angel-Light Love of Dallas County,
Texas—on a full and permanent basis now. Thank you!” And I could use some blessings at this time: “In
the name of Christ, I [your name] call forth and ask for showers of blessings
upon Angel-Light Love of Dallas County, Texas. Thank you!”
You may substitute “Light” for “Christ” if you wish. Showers of
blessings upon all who support my wellbeing and my ministry—whether with
prayers or donations or services! If you
want me to pray for you, just ask.
