It is a wonderful thing to keep universal life force energy flowing strongly through the body. The benefits are many. There are ways to enhance and strengthen one's energy field. One is presented here.

For this process, set your intent to move light energy throughout your body to cleanse and purify, starting with your major center centers aka chakras. Begin by deep breathing slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth to relax yourself. Imagine a big ball of sparkling bright light energy above your head. As you breathe deeply, imagine the light coming into your crown chakra and down to the brain stem, and down the spine to where the root chakra intersects the spine. Take a deep breath, and imagine the root chakra is absorbing and assimilating energy and is healing and strengthening itself. Then exhale, knowing you are expelling contaminants from that chakra, leaving it clearer and more resilient than before.  (Your angelic support team is waiting to gather and process all the garbage that you release from your chakras.) Do this procedure for all your major chakras until you reach the Third Eye area. This is somewhat different. When you breathe out, the light goes out through the forehead and also through the back of the head down near the base of the skull. You will find your body seems to naturally do this, and you may feel a strange, pleasant sensation in your forehead. You may find it convenient to work on the crown and third eye chakras at the same time. Remember to leave each chakra filled with some of the bright light. You may find that you clear the 1st and 2nd chakras together easily. Once you have breathed through these major energy centers, practice until you can cause the light energy to flow out through all simultaneously.

As you become more skilled at this process with practice over time, you can fill your entire physical body with bright cleansing light and then breathe it out through all the pores of your skin. The end goal is to optimize the flow of life force energy through your embodiment.  Cleansing and purifying with light energy on a regular basis facilitates this.

The contents of this article were first published on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ in 2008. Someone had emailed: “I started doing my own clearing and protection at 11:00 a.m. and then did it for the whole planet, and didn't realize how much time I spent doing it until I looked at my watch and it was 2:30 p.m. I was really drained. How about you?"

We responded: Remember not to send your own energy out to anyone—let alone the “whole planet.” Make sure you are only the conduit/channel of the energy. You know you are sending out your own energy if you get drained or feel very tired afterward. You know you're serving as an instrument of Divine if you feel more alive afterward. If your channel is a very clear one, you'll feel energized during and afterward. Many years ago, I was concerned I was taking the recipients' energies in healing sessions because of how good I felt. When I asked, they all felt great. Suffice it to say, when there's no human asking for it, I open myself to channel it for plants, trees, etc. Sometimes it automatically flows out to those in need without my intent. And when it is intentional, the recipient and I can be discussing the weather or whatever, because I'm only the conduit. I've described myself as "An Instrument of the Divine" for many years.

As far as the distance clearing-healing sessions are concerned, I pray/ask in detail and in depth, but it's the Angel-Light Team members who do the actual work. That's why we can assist many people at the same time. Sometimes they get impatient with me. Recently one morning I was reminded they were waiting for me to initiate the process for a particular individual who was on the waiting list. I had not set aside time to do that (and it takes me an hour and a half or so to initiate) until later in the day. Needless to say, I changed my plans and spent the hour and a half getting things going.

Until one can be just the conduit/channel, it is wise not to try to personally heal anyone else. One way of asking is: "Divine Spirit, make me your healing instrument. Let my entire being be filled with compassion for those who are suffering." And it is to rededicate and surrender yourself to this service often, such as: "I [your name] decree I am rededicating myself to serving as a healing instrument of Divine and surrendering to this purpose now."

Recently, I was inspired to share the YouTube link to “Love Train” performed by the O’Jays to Facebook with the comment: For heaven's sake, people, get on the "love train"! Wipe the word "hate" out of your vocabulary; try the word "prefer." There has been too much war-ing and not enough loving going on! It's about heart and soul consciousness. 

A Facebook friend was inspired to respond with the link to Cat Stevens’ “Peace Train.”  And then I saw another Facebook friend’s comment elsewhere using the term “Team Love.”  That lifted me even higher!  I had had been eliminating the “&” in the signature block of emails so that instead of “Angel-Light Love & Team,” it was “Angel-Light Love Team” when I remembered to do so.  I had been considering just signing with “Angel-Light Team.”  No, not going to do that after all.  It’s going to be “Angel-Light Love Team”—permanently (at least until some other change occurs to me).

There’s no need to define “Team Love” here. At this polarized level of existence where we live, “Team Light” and “Team Dark” have come to mean opposite sides of the same coin, opposite ends of the same pole, so to speak. Generally, “Team Dark” beings are harmful and malevolent and interfere, while “Team Light” beings are helpful and benevolent and intervene. “Team Light” refers to beings who do good, “Team Dark” has come to refer to beings who do evil. 

So, what exactly is evil? I re-discovered some words of Diane Stein (“Reliance on the Light,” 2001) defining “evil” recently and will share them here: “There are various types of negative interference and evil.” “Evil is conscious harm committed to interfere with or prevent free will and love.”  “Evil is harm done by conscious intent for the purpose of preventing light and love from manifesting on earth or in a person.” “Negative interference is violation of another’s positive or harmless free will. It can come out of ignorance or negative emotion. If it comes out of direct intent to do harm it is evil. Evil is the absence of love and is the conscious intent to do harm, or to prevent the manifestation of free will, light, or love.”

It seems to me that Diane’s words of definition provide clarity about what “evil” actually is, and what actions can be construed as evil.  Think about it.  Knowledge is a good thing. Remember to spend a lot more time thinking about Team Love and Team Light than about Team Dark and evil.   

And, while you’re at it, get on the “Love Train.”

AWAKENING TO YOUR MULTIDIMENSIONALITY

From my personal experience and, I might add, that of others, I can report that it is through venturing inward and exploring one's consciousness that one awakens to multidimensionality. According to cosmic teacher Dr. Suzan Caroll (www.multidimensions.com), in the first stage of awakening to your Multidimensional Soul Self (MSS), you communicate with your multidimensional soul and realize how your present-day essence is intertwined with the essence of your higher-dimensional soul fragments. In the second stage, you begin to understand how your multidimensional self's essence is actually your essence, for you are different portions of the same being. She adds that it is in the third stage where integration begins with the merging of your soul self's 5th/6th dimensional consciousness with your ego soul self's 3rd/4th dimensional consciousness. And, it is at the 4th stage where you download and integrate higher fragments of self (5th & 6th dimensional) into the physical body. As one might expect, this is a process that takes place over a period of time.

Most people have yet to expand into 4th dimension consciousness and merge with those parts of higher consciousness--let alone 5th and 6th level units of self. People who have not united with 4th dimension levels of Multidimensional Soul Self cannot identify with those who have done so and know they have done so. Along the same line, those who have downloaded their 4th dimension aspects and realize they have knowledge that can assist those who have yet to awaken to multidimensional reality so many times find themselves teaching their realities to others. Yet, those who have not merged with/downloaded their 5th dimension aspects can be considerably stretched by those who have--and so on. Because there are higher-levels (5th and 6th dimensions) of consciousness and teachings does not make a 4th dimension teacher's reality invalid. On the contrary, 4th dimension level teachers are a very much needed bridge between dimensions of consciousness, without which most people would fail to "make the leap" into higher levels of consciousness. All teachings are true teachings, and all are valid and important.

Again,it is through venturing inward and exploring one's consciousness that one awakens to multidimensionality. It is not on the surface but in the depths where one's true self is found. It is within where connections are made that allow expansion into one's Multidimensional Soul Self and beyond to "the kingdom." The outside is the world of the personality. The inside is the world of the Divine spirit-soul.
