Been asking Divine Spirit for inspiration for a new blog article. I not only received it today on social media, I  was reminded that the subject has been on my mind for a couple weeks. This isn’t the first time the “I Am” and speaking the word have been featured on the Angel-Light Beamer in all its years of existence, and it may not be the last.

Someone shared on social media that all of a sudden he had a craving for a particular beverage that he doesn’t normally drink.  My first thought was that perhaps the energy of another person (living or deceased) had attached to his, which often can be easily processed. Speak/Affirm: "I Am releasing and clearing what is not mine to carry or to heal--NOW." Then take a deep abdominal breath through the nose and let it out through the mouth. Sweeping the arms out and around the body can facilitate the clearing. Doing this three times, one right after the other, is a good practice. Do it daily to cover whatever might show up.  (Yes, I’m aware of more advanced practices, having been a wellbeing facilitator for many years until semi-retirement. But this is meant to be basic.)

Moving on, it’s good to remember, “If you name it, you claim it.”  Pay attention to what words you insert after “I am.”  No, you are not sick. No, you are not in pain.  Change your words.  For example: “Doctor, there’s bad pain in my lower abdomen.” Not, “Doctor, I have pain in my lower abdomen.”  It’s not as difficult as you might expect.

Yes, another no-no is putting negative words after “I have.”  No, you don’t have a cold. No, you don’t have [insert disease name].  If you name it, you claim it. Change your words.  I’m aware that some people focus on their health issues and speak and write about them obsessively. Words have power. That’s giving power to the issue. Think differently, communicate differently. Also, remember that a fever is a sign your body is working to heal or clear something.  Fever isn’t the dis-ease.  Think in sync with deep breaths: “Now healing, healing now” and “Now clearing, clearing now.”  Do what you need to do for your body, of course.  Don’t ignore your body or try to deny the distress of your body. Your body is sending you a message.   Again, do what you need to do for your body, which means that consulting a licensed medical professional is sometimes the best option. Know your body well.

Above all, respect your body, and speak to your body in a loving, positive way. For example, ask your body to release and clear the pain in the left knee and repair any damage and heal any wounds. Use “thank you” always after instructing your body. You can even consult with your body, asking your body for what it needs and giving choices. There what is called “muscle testing,” and that’s only one of several ways to consult with your body.  I like to stand still and ask my body in a way to get a “yes” or “no” response. If my body tilts or slightly moves forward, the answer if “yes.”  Backward, the answer is “no.”  No movement means “I don’t know” or “try again.” That’s enough now. This short piece is only the tip of the iceberg.  Research, learn, practice. Focus on wellness.
