I have gained more clarity in communion with my Divine Support Team recently as this life continues to slow down.  A "group soul" is a higher-level, collective consciousness or singular "spirit" that breaks into smaller fragments to gain experience.  The Angel-Light Collective is a group soul, and there are 12 of us assigned to this human body-mind unit to assist humanity.  For comfort and ease of other people, we mostly use the pronoun “I.” Ours is not a unique arrangement.  There have been and are other collectives/group souls on mission to assist humanity while, at the same time growing as soul(s). Of course, the mission has been gradually coming to a close as the body ages.

On the other hand, "soul group" is a collection of individual, distinct souls that share a similar frequency and incarnate together to learn lessons, acting as a "family."  I am not part of a soul group.  Some sensitives recognized that after I awoke in this life (as a walk-in). 

Our Divine Support Team (what some call “angels” and “guides”) is for personal support. The number of light operatives on our team fluctuates depending on need.

Since we began using the term “Angel-Light Collective” several years ago, I have been happily surprised to discover others also using the term regarding their spiritual assistance.  The most accurate  definition/description I discovered (years ago) was that of Clive Shane Herrington, a spiritual healer and teacher, whose son eventually joined his dad’s mission.  In Herrington’s “Self-Healing Handbook: The Advanced Handbook of Soul Transformation,” he describes thusly: A soul collective is a team of beings that together have a specific mission. As part of their mission, they all have different skills and qualities that are needed at particular times. In this regard, they can consciously exchange.  They use one human vehicle as a focal point within this reality, with the one being most suited to mission requirements at a particular time occupying the body.

Related are these words of Esther Hicks/Abraham from August 1999:  Abraham is not a singular consciousness as you feel that you are in singular bodies. Abraham is collective consciousness. There is a stream or river of consciousness. As one of you asks a question, there are many, many points of consciousness that are funneling through what feels to be one perspective (because there is, in this case, one human, Esther, who is interpreting or articulating it), so it appears singular to you. We are multidimensional and multi-faceted and, certainly, multi-consciousness. 

Although we are committed to Christ Consciousness and dedicated to Christ Service, these words of wisdom from Dr. Brugh Joy are appropriate to include: There are states or levels of consciousness unavailable to even the most gifted [spiritual] teacher when he or she is operating in the logical, conditioned, outer-mind portion of awareness. You can't always identify even a great [spiritual] teacher when that person is in ordinary awareness. Furthermore, no embodied [spiritual] teacher remains in expanded states [of consciousness] for indefinite periods of time. Appreciate them when they are and appreciate them when they are not. [Note: I added the word “spiritual” because his book where I found this years ago was a spiritual book.]

This is a review of “Finding Purpose—Stories of the Afterlife That Inspire,” published by the Michael Newton Institute in 2024. Some readers may be familiar with Dr. Newton (12/9/31 – 9/21/2016), through his books: “Journey of Souls” and “Destiny of Souls” and “Life Between Lives.” 

“Finding Purpose” is a collection of true first-hand accounts of real people’s hypnotherapy sessions submitted by approximately forty trained Life Between Lives (LBL) facilitators. The editors Sanela Covic and Elizabeth Lockhart (also LBL facilitators) inform us: “As you journey through these pages, you will encounter a rich variety of perspectives and experiences. . . . Some stories may challenge you, while others may comfort and reassure you, but all are intended to inspire and provoke deep thought. The diversity of the authors’ voices reflects the multifaceted nature of spirituality—how it transcends boundaries and resonates within us in unique ways. . . . you will discover new ways of viewing the world and perhaps new ways of seeing yourself.”

Each of the eight chapters of “Finding Purpose” has both an introduction and conclusion, and the contents list each session between by descriptive name. Chapter headings are: Freedom & Free Will; Learning through Relationships; Understanding Loss, Grief, Pain & Suffering; Healing; Connection & Oneness; Guides & Advanced Beings; Divine Guidance; Healing the Earth.  I enjoy reading and learn from the experiences of others between lives.  Personally, “Healing the Earth” touched my heart the most. In my opinion, it’s a most important subject.

I do want to share some information presented by co-editor Elizabeth Lockhart, included in the chapter “Divine Guidance.”  These are her terms; some of mine have been different terms. Clairvoyance is a clear sense of vision, i.e., psychic sight. Clairgustance is a clear sense of taste, i.e., being able to detect psychic information orally. Clairsalience is a clear sense of smell, i.e., the ability to detect psychic information nasally. Clairaudience is a clear sense of hearing, i.e., the ability to detect psychic information through the ears. Claircognizance is a clear sense of knowing, i.e., psychic insight. Clairsentience is a clear sense of feeling, i.e., the ability to detect psychic information through your body. Clairempathy is a clear sense of emotional feeling, i.e. detecting psychic information through your emotions. Clairtangency is a clear sense of touch, i.e., the ability to detect psychic information through your hands.

Elizabeth adds: “Learning to connect with and trust our soul’s guidance and wisdom is crucial to living a soul-guided existence.”  Yes!

I have been asking for inspiration for a new blog article for several days now.  Today, on Facebook, someone posted that she isn’t sure we humans have souls and wondered how we know we have a soul. 

When I was responding to her post, I realized that I had found my inspiration. Here’s my short response:  

A way to find out for yourself is to PRETEND and ACT AS IF you are a soul being hosted by a human body-mind unit and, most importantly, make your body your partner. Ask your body's opinion about what to eat, etc. If you stub your toe, apologize to your body. Tell your body "thank you," "I'm sorry," etc. Praise your body. Ask your body to unclog/decongest your bowels (if needed). Ask your body to "release and clear" something or other--the cause of the pain in an elbow, for example. Over time, with practice, you'll more often receive an answer in some way to your questions. 

One of the ways to intentionally get your body's response is to hold a food you want to try, for example, next to your solar plexus. Then close your eyes, take a deep breath, instruct your body to learn forward if it wants to answer yes to your questions, backward if no, and to stay still if there is not an answer. Often the movement is strong, but just as often, the movement is light internal movement, with most answers in between. Then ask a question, for example, "Do you want this?" or "Is this safe?" Have your consciousness inside your body, and pay attention. Just a few suggestions of many. 

I love and appreciate my 80-years-young body and tell it so.
