A Facebook friend posted a method to fight off an aggressive metaphysical entity which has the title “The Fighting Form.”  When I did an Internet search for the term, it seems that it is also used in marital arts.  The friend described the process:  “Hunch your arms (fists and forearms in front of your abdomen) to protect your solar plexus [above the navel]. Tuck your face close to your chest. Do not look at the entity.  Stomp  your foot defiantly and emit shrieking yells.  Do this until you intuit the entity is gone.”  He adds: This would be an extreme case. For the most part you are in control and only need to say, “Be gone!”

I would like to add that when you feel threatened by another person and or in danger from violence, assume the aggressor is possessed, occupied, and used by an evil entity (whether temporary or long term), and do this.  I also recommend putting "in the name of Christ Jesus" or "in the name of Christ Divine" in front of "be gone" and repeat over and over again while in the described position. Some would recommend this for aggressive bears or dogs because you sure can’t outrun them, but I don’t have sufficient knowledge about interactions with bears or dogs to do so.

This article is an attempt to set out differences between angels, spirit guides, managers, and handlers—all directly involved in the affairs of humanity.

The main definition of an “angel” is: “a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or messenger of God, conventionally represented in human form with wings and a long robe.”  People who are highly spiritual often say their angels give them information and guide them and even intervene on their behalf—sometimes without being asked..

“Spirit guides” are often just called “guides” by people who are metaphysically oriented.  To “guide” means to direct a person in his conduct or course of life, to direct in a course or show the way to be followed. This implies a gentleness and a general “hands off” approach. Indeed, many people have shared that their guides remind them that they have to ask for information and intervention in order to receive it. (And it is important to be specific when asking.)

I recently read and/or heard reference to the “managers” of humanity (yet again). To manage means to be “hands on,” which is more than just guiding.  According to my dictionary, to manage is to handle or direct with a degree of skill, and it goes on to provide sub-definitions that are more controlling. In general, the term “managers” has a positive connotation.

As far as controlling, “handlers” are known to have very specific assignments and goals to achieve with the humans to which they are assigned and go so far as to implant controlling devices and use mental programming to make their jobs easier. To handle means “to manage with the hands” according to my dictionary.  A synonym is to manipulate.  The term “handlers” has a negative connotation. In fact, people who are ET and military/government abductees and experiencers are more often to have handlers than not—especially where the military and governments are involved.

Controllers exercise restraining or directing influence over people, and awake and aware cosmic researchers and experiencers use the term “controllers” to mean those who exercise control of humanity as a whole. To expand further, it is claimed and understood that the controllers aka overlords (said to be a reptilian race but with similarities to humanoids) have interfered with and sabotaged the original plans for this planet/earth experiment. Personally, I’m of the opinion that it is like a laboratory experiment gone awry, for which there may or may not be attempts to salvage it on the part of the founder races from other parts of the galaxy.  I lean more toward the opinion that there have been and are attempts at salvaging, and my reality is that my mission was/is to participate in that operation by assisting individual souls caught up in the drama and deception. There are reports that the reptilian controllers/overlords have been majorly resisting attempts to wrest humanity away from them. I agree. Of course, the majority of humanity are oblivious to how they have been and are being controlled and manipulated and deceived.  Wake up humanity!
