This is a revised and expanded version of an article that was first shared on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ in April 2009.

Someone mentioned having blocked energy in a recent e-mail, and it occurred to me to post a technique or two for releasing traumas and blocked energy. Some people try techniques once and give up if they don't think they got results. With the following techniques (and others, for that matter), "practice makes perfect."

Here’s an easy introductory process.  Take several slow, deep, relaxing breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth, expanding and contracting your torso. State your intent, such as, “I Am intending to clear energy blocks in my body at this time.”  Next, imagine forming a little ball of sparkling light with your essence in the upper chest area (known as the assemblage point and high heart).  Then randomly pick a place in your body--the right knee, for example. State your intention with, “I Am going into the right knee now.” Then proceed down through the body and go into the knee joint. Expand your light throughout the knee joint. Imagine that. Let your light just be there for a minute before contracting.  Breathe easily and deeply before, during, and after. Then pick another place, the gall bladder, for example, and do the same thing. Then pick a spot somewhere else, say in the right elbow. Many times, what happens is that you find yourself weeping or even sobbing as you go into different places and expand your light. If you have emotion come up, let that complete releasing before moving on to another spot. Take slow, deep breaths while doing this practice.  And return to your assemblage point in the chest upon completion. What this procedure does is release blocked energy. It's very therapeutic.

Another thing to do is to go into an area of soreness or pain or disease. If you have cancer, you can go into the cancer. If you have a headache, you can go into the headache. If you have an ingrown toenail, you can go into that area. Got the idea?  Prepare yourself as in the preceding paragraph. Then you state where you’re going (with an "I am" statement) and then go there.  Again, breathe easily and deeply throughout. Once there, ask yourself (slowly, one question at a time) what shape the pain is, what color it is, its purpose (what it is to teach you).  You can even ask what earth year it was first installed and who installed it. Do all this slowly. Once you sense you've gained all the information you can, then you can release it, and there are several ways to do this. One is to say, "Thank you. I've decided I no longer need you. I release you. I let you go."  One time I did an exploration for the cause of a knee issue and saw a little elf-like entity with a hammer and other tools. I asked, “What are you doing in my space?”  He asked with surprise, “How did you find me?”  Our conversation ended when I told him to gather his tools and banished him back to his source. Depending on information received, it is sometimes necessary to go through a forgiveness procedure, such as: "Thank you. I ask the forgiveness of you and yours for all my sins against you--past, present, future--throughout time, space, dimension. I forgive you and yours for all your sins against me--past, present, future--throughout time, space dimension. I set you free. I set myself free. We are complete now." Then take a slow, deep breath and let it out slowly to enable the release to occur.  Again, return to your assemblage point in the chest upon completion of the process.

The more experience you have with procedures such as these, the easier they become for you.
Once you gain experience, you may find your subconscious or superconscious taking over. As the old saying goes, "Practice makes perfect."

About early 1992, I was persuaded to go with a friend to a weekend retreat for women at the Chapel of Light at Lake Whitney in Central Texas. The Chapel complex included the original circular chapel and a newer, larger facility that served as a place for church services, workshops, etc. This building had a fully equipped kitchen area at one end of a large room. At the other end there was a beautiful lighted fountain with large crystal clusters on various heights of pedestals. Three rows of several chairs faced the fountain. It was intended as an area of contemplation--or at least that seemed to be how it was utilized. The front of the church area was on one side of the large room. Chairs were arranged in rows for church services and sometimes placed in circles for other purposes.

There were approximately thirty of us who had registered for the women's retreat, and we were assigned to sleep the two nights in homes of the locals. I absolutely knew I was to spend the night in the church building instead. After some discussion, I was allowed to do so.  The chairs were in place in front of the fountain, but no chairs were out in the other area. I placed my sleeping bag on the floor against the opposite wall from the church service area and sat down on a front row chair in front of the fountain to observe its loveliness, its magnificence, and to meditate. I sensed movement and an energy shift, and out of the corner of my eye I saw a person in a long white garment sit down in a chair on the back row and noticed others coming into the room. I continued with my routine, singing and chanting as I walked around the room, part of my nightly ritual. After going to my sleeping bag, I looked out across the room and noticed people dressed the same, in those long, white garments, gathering, beginning to sit in a large circle of chairs. I continued with my nightly routine while sitting against the wall, speaking words aloud. And then one of the participants nearest me turned around in his chair, looked me in the eyes, and communicated (impatiently, I might add): "Are you finished? We are about ready to begin." I knew the next day that I could spend the second night in the home to which I'd been assigned. I also realized that the reason I had to spend the first night inside the facility was so I could tell the founder and her associates that the Chapel of Light was a holy place at more than one level of existence, and I did so. Just one example of my conscious glimpses into parallel worlds.

Before the weekend was over, I took a walk down the road toward the lake to look for one of the heart-shaped stones which I had been told were common at that location. When I looked down the first time, my eyes fell upon a heart-shaped rock, which I added to my collection of stones and crystals.

The following article of Phoebe Brown dated April 2, 2017 and shared on www.in5d.com is titled, “You Don’t Have To Be Perfect.”  I’m sharing because I totally agree and know this from personal experience as an Instrument of Divine (a label I’ve used off and on for about 30 years now). 

Recently, I was pondering our human weaknesses, along with how we judge ourselves and others. We tend to dismiss the good deeds a person has done if we know of a failure in another area of their life. In our logical mind, we know that no one is perfect, but we still use that as our measuring stick.  How will anything good ever be done if it can only be done by perfect beings? We must forgive ourselves, and we must forgive others of their faults, and give credit for good works that are miraculously accomplished in spite of our lack of perfection. We don’t have to be perfect to accomplish great and meaningful things. We feel like failures because we know all the areas in which we are not perfect but we forget that we are not these bodies.  We are great and wonderful, eternal beings!!  We have chosen to inhabit these faulty bodies in order to experience the endless variety of emotions and all human experiences. We are not a failure, or lacking; we are supposed to be this way.  That is the purpose for the Earth experience. We can accomplish great things IN THE MIDST of our human frailties. If we are waiting to become perfect on this earth before we can do something, we will wait forever and accomplish nothing.  Remember, it is not us but Source [Divine] working through us to accomplish any task that will be helpful for humanity.  We must be willing vessels and allow that energy to work through us despite our less-than-perfectness. We must be willing and allow, be willing and allow, be willing and allow.

This article is an edited version of the January 26, 2010 article on the♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ titled “Spontaneous Energy Healing.” 

In addition to Healing Love Energy sessions by appointment over the twenty years of my Love Work (as of January 2010), there have been plenty of spontaneous energy channelings--some intentional and some unconsciously. One time when on a public bus, I felt energy moving through my body and wondered to whom it was going. Found out when I got out of the seat to exit because a man sitting across the aisle jumped up and reached out to try to stop me from leaving. He came to his senses and, with embarrassment, pulled back his arm and sat back down. He had been the recipient of all that Healing Love Energy. One can be used as an instrument of healing for someone else without consciously intending it, my friends. I have an arrangement where Divine can use my instrument to assist others in such a way whenever there is an important need. I don't have to lift a finger in those cases.

Once when eating and reading in a restaurant, I noticed energy moving through my body and felt someone staring at me, and then noticed a man looking at me strangely. When he finished his meal, he walked over to me with an astonished look in his eyes and exclaimed, "Who are you?! I felt really bad [and gave details]. Now I feel great! I felt something coming from you. What did you do?" I just smiled and responded that I was glad he felt better--something short and simple.

On another occasion while riding a public bus, I intentionally channelled energy into the head of the bus driver from my position directly behind his head--very discreetly because I didn't want anyone to notice. The bus had been going too fast and some people were more than a little concerned. I noticed the driver was leaning forward and then jerking himself back up, so I used my hand to zap him with energy. After he seemed alert, I stopped. The bus slowed down and people relaxed. I was surprised when he looked me in the eyes and said, "Thank you," as I walked by him to get off the bus. I didn't think he had noticed.

Channeling Healing Love Energy doesn't have to be a "big deal." The body receiving the energy will use it wherever it is most needed--not necessarily to where it is directed. However, I remember a remarkable demonstration of its benefits when I intentionally directed it into the knee of a person who almost couldn't walk because of pain in that area. She had limped into a large wholistic community gathering in a private home, leaning on her husband for support. Later, we chatted while she waited for her husband to leave. This stranger told me about her ongoing knee problems, so I asked her if she would like me to "lay hands" on it. She gratefully accepted, so I held my hands an inch or two above the affected area as we talked about mundane things. When her husband was ready to leave, she arose from her chair and walked out to their car without the aid of her husband. She was so amazed at the improvement that she was pretty much speechless.

When one is an instrument of the Divine and a conduit/channel of Healing Love Energy, one isn't drained by such experiences. Rather, one is energized because one also receives the benefits. Of course, there is more to energy work than just channeling the energy, including pulling out and putting in, but this piece is not meant to be provide detailed, in-depth information.

Writing my memoirs in short articles is a lot easier than writing books. There is lots more to share and many experiences that are so unusual that I probably will not share them on this site.
