RELIEVING BODY PAIN

Recently a healer friend wrote me about some body pain she is attempting to deal with. I remembered a technique I've shared with several people over the eighteen years which has alleviated the pain for some and totally cleared it for others. Here's the basic procedure (subject to your modifications to fit your circumstances).
First, place your hand on the painful place, if possible. If not, get a back scratcher or something. Seriously, if you can't reach the pain, get close or place your hand nearby or opposite the area of pain. State your intent to journey into the area of pain. Some ask a healing angel to journey with them. Imagine everything, and you will probably gradually find your imagination going on ahead of you. Pretend/imagine you are there under your hand or in the pain area and you ask yourself what it looks like, smells like, sounds like, feels like, etc. What is its color(s)? Notice anything unusual. Then state slowly and firmly and clearly: "I'm [your name]! This is my body, my space. Who is here? Reveal yourself now." Give it time, and allow your imagination to show you anything. If nothing shows up or speaks up, go on ahead and say: "This is my body, and I don't want my body to have pain. So what can I do to make the pain go away? What can I do to help? " (Use words that come to you to fit your own situation.) Leave plenty of time between questions. While you are there, speak lovingly to that part of your body and your pain and imagine giving it healing energy. Commit to doing what you get to do--if anything. Then journey out and back to your full space. You may know immediately what you are to do, but it may be that you won't get an answer until later or during dream time, but just pay attention.
Once ten or so years ago I did that with a knee, and a little man with tool box gave me an astonished look and exclaimed: "How did you know I was here?!" To make a long story short, I told him he was no longer needed and sent him on his way. Almost immediate relief! Whatever works!
