I’ve read and scanned several sharings and comments on
Facebook recently related to the subject of healing others (spiritual,
metaphysical, physical, emotional, mental, energy). There are individuals who
claim to heal others, and there are individuals who report they only serve as
channels—that God/Divine does the healing.
Still others claim to just facilitate the healing of others. Truth be told, many people focused on helping
others with healing fit into all three groupings.
A paragraph in a long article by Tom Montalk (www.montalk.net) that I printed and wrote an
article about for the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ earlier this month, titled “Metaphysical &
Spiritual Service,” is about people helping/healing others. The words in brackets
in the next paragraph are mine.
Tom Montalk: The phrase “helping [healing] another” is also
cause for confusion. The problem arises when people don’t differentiate between
the lower and higher parts of another person. They are unaware which of the two
they are actually helping [healing] and thereby growing or exacerbating. Are
they worsening another’s STS [service-to-self] tendencies
through this help? Or are they facilitating another’s spiritual empowerment and
awakening? They think help has to be blind and unconditional, in their minds
incorrectly meaning without discernment or discretion. That only ends in
heartbreak, loss, and burnout. Nor do they recognize when a person is
thoroughly under the control of his or her lower aspect and cannot be helped at
this point in their evolution. Love must be fortified with wisdom; otherwise
one ends up as prey, which is STS [service-to-self].
I admit that for many years I tried to help/heal any and all
who asked—sometimes to my detriment. I
learned, finally, to be discerning, although I haven’t discerned well in all cases
since then. After about thirty years of facilitating the healing and wellbeing
of others, my wellbeing is my top priority, and I don’t try to assist all who
ask as was once the case
I’ve read thoughts of Tom Montalk on various spiritual and
cosmic and metaphysical topics for years, and I respect the man and recommend

this world than taught in our schools, shown in the media, or proclaimed by the

and apply what you know, the more you begin operating under higher laws that
transcend the limitations of the lower. Here you will find articles and
resources that push the boundaries of fringe knowledge [including but not
limited to the following subjects]: steps to spiritual awakening, how your mind
influences reality, deja vu and synchronicities, alien agendas and
disinformation, nonlinear nature of time, hyperdimensional entities, the matrix
