After maybe fifteen years of serving as a Spiritual Warrior (wasn't part of my "job description" when I first began this Love Work), I've learned a lot--from my own experiences and those of others. I recognize that fear attracts more persecution and psychic attacks, but only up to a point. Why would the dark side waste energies on someone who has been incapacitated and made impotent (in the Spiritual Warrior sense)--unless to strike the "death blow," of course. I've saved a piece from one of several books of Mary Summer Rain, Whispered Wisdom. Summer Rain was (and perhaps still is) a Spiritual Warrior in the truest sense of the word. Her story is fascinating. I recommend reading all her books from start to finish.
"The Light Warrior" by Mary Summer Rain in Whispered Wisdom: "Spirit's battles can come as a swift sword that plunges deeply. Blood and tears flow. They intermingle. The defender is felled. Raising blurred eyes to the Light, The Spirit knows what must be done. The Warrior grabs the hilt, extracts the blade from self, and holds the bloodied rapier. The Warrior, struck down, transforms the painful wound into a Sign of Strength--a Medal of Valor. The Wound becomes the Mark of Power. The Sword becomes the Coup Stick. Together they become the Shield. And the Warrior is empowered to fight on."
An article of June 21, 2008 by Meg Benedicte (www.megbenedicte.com) had these words: "So how does the universal law of attraction work in earth's magnetic field? The greater the positive intent initiated, the greater the sabotage counterforce to deal with. The more light you embody, the more psychic attacks you encounter! If you are experiencing this level of backlash, you are still imprisoned in duality. There is no other explanation!" I have read similar words of others in recent years. I have also read that some ones choose to enter this world of duality to assist humanity. I am one who is not "imprisoned" in duality. I have chosen (which has been recognized by some high-level intuitive persons over the years).
One can make a choice to leave duality behind and live in unity consciousness/the unified field (if it is congruent with one's life plan/soul's purpose). If you want to do so, affirm sincerely from the heart: "In the name of the Christ and under the law of grace, I [your name] decree I am leaving duality behind and moving into oneness--immediately, totally, completely, permanently--past, present, future now. And so it is!"
