More than one of my Internet friends has reported that the protective techniques and even some of the clearing techniques that previously got results for them are not working. I think the mistake some of we sensitive, empathic people who are circulating and trying to function in the secular world make is thinking that there is a cure for what ails us (the unpleasant and incompatible energies that negatively impact us, etc.). There isn't. We can get temporary relief, and something will work for a while, and then we can discover that is no longer effective. That type of thing happens with prescription and wholistic medications, so why should we expect spiritual protection and energy clearing techniques to be different? It is to just keep on keeping on, using what works, trying something else when what worked before fails us. This level of existence is not a pleasant place for sensitive individuals--even more uncomfortable in these trying times when the veils between dimensions seem to be lifting.
There are spiritual teachers and healers who write/speak almost always on the positive and barely even touch on the negative in what they circulate on the Internet and in their classes, using words that tend to lead some readers to feel "less than" and "not good enough" if they are being negatively affected by the unpleasantness at this level of existence--despite attempting to follow and apply the so-called universal laws, such as the Law of Attraction. Truth be told, everyone on the spiritual path and giving attention to growth, enlightenment, and ascension is being impacted in some way, whether they realize it or not--even the spiritual teachers and healers such as this instrument (and most are but just don't publicize their own difficulties, for obvious reasons).
So it is not to feel ashamed that you take two steps forward, and then find yourself one step back. We're all "in the same boat" in one fashion or another. As the old saying goes, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again."
