Spent some quality time at my storage unit this weekend. Reading through hard copies of prior blogs was therapeutic. I was looking for some more I might delete. In addition to finding two to delete, I got an idea for a new blog and handout process.

When one begins to use decrees, sometimes one doesn't notice immediate results. For one thing, sometimes one can get into murky waters as to appropriateness or inappropriateness of particular decrees. When one is wanting to optimize one's own spiritual, mental, and emotional wellbeing, then one usually decrees appropriately.

When reading a blog that included info about my clearing negativity from past lives, I realized I needed to share more "how to" information. The basic format is: "In the name of the Christ and under the law of grace, I [name] decree I Am clearing and releasing all __________ energies I've been carrying from other lives now." One can put in the blank (one item at a time): sexual molestation, hostile and harmful, intolerance, rejection, persecution and crucifixion, abuse, anger and rage, unforgiveness. Perhaps you can think of others.

It's helpful if you go slowly and don't rush through this and if you take several deep breaths throughout--particularly between decrees. If decreeing is new to you, don't go through your list just once, but pick it up every few days for a while. Sometimes when some things are cleared/released, other things are revealed.
