Recently received an email from someone undergoing the Divine Reconnective Healing Process (aka Clearing-Healing Process) about his/her continuing "troubling" thoughts. Our intention is that after this one is complete with the Process, they will no longer be an issue. However, if they are, then we will dig deeper in an effort to eliminate the core/root cause of this issue.
Meanwhile, we will share our response to him/her: Here's a technique that works to eliminate or decrease the negative and intrusive thoughts and thought forms. First, one ignores them. In order to assist one in ignoring them, one consciously and intentionally fills one's mind with other words/thoughts, such as a mantra repeated slowly, along with a deep rhythmic breath if convenient. A mantra can be: "Jesus Christ." It can be: "I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am." It can be something like: "Center. Balance." It can be: "I Am. I Be. I Have. I Love." Get the idea? You may have one in mind for yourself. In this way, one's mind is largely removed from the focus on the negative thoughts. As we know, what one focuses on expands (increases in intensity, etc.) The key is not to be as aware of them. When one becomes less aware of them, staying the course in ignoring them, they often subside over time.
