Spoke with a gentleman recently who has been having depression and thoughts of suicide. He had just discovered that several people had committed suicide in the apartment building he moved into several months ago. Not only that, but he recently discovered that after a suicidal resident he had visited with moved out, that neighbor’s mood lifted in two weeks’ time. This man is extremely sensitive and empathic. He is of the opinion that he needs to move to another location. In the meantime, I (a very sensitive person my own self) offered several suggestions—the most important being to close down his empathic abilities for a while.
Decrees would be: “I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. I [name] Decree I Am turning off my empathic abilities until further notice now.” “I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. I [name] Decree I Am calling forth the shutting down of my empathic abilities until further notice now.” "I Am[name]. I Am That I Am. I [name] Decree I Am calling forth the strengthening and securing of my boundaries on a full and permanent basis now." “I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. I [name] Decree I Am closing my borders until further notice now.” These are to be spoken aloud powerfully several times a day for as many days as it takes one to notice a shift.
I had been having difficulty walking and feeling pain in the knees, calves, ankles, and feet since I moved to my current lodging space. I had been addressing it and trying to determine the cause(s). I would clear and then it would come back--usually after a night of sleep. Yesterday when walking back from a community pot luck lunch alongside my next-door neighbor, I discovered she has severe trouble walking and talks to her legs and feet to encourage them to keep working, etc. Aha! I had moved my bed away from our shared wall just because I didn't want to be that close to anyone else (and not because I could hear anything). After learning of her legs issues, I realized I needed to put an energy wall to block all energy from going through the wall in either direction--and extended it six feet beyond our shared wall and six feet above the roof and below the floor for good measure. This action has helped a lot! Still some issues, however, that I’m addressing in other ways. Maybe I’ll close my borders!
