readers recognize that I often use “dis-ease” rather than “disease.” I do this for emphasis and because disease is
actually dis-ease at one or more levels of the beingness.
The
first thing to ask one’s self and one’s Divine Support Team when one is faced
with dis-ease symptoms (physical, mental, whatever) would be: “Is this mine or is it someone else’s?” And next would be: “How much of this is mine? How much of this is someone else’s?” I learned a quick and easy method for
releasing other people’s stuff from Scott Beebe, an educator based in Florida
who had a healing ministry in the 1990s and 2000s. The basic process is the same, but I
embellished it.
Start
by slowly taking a few deep abdominal breaths. Then speak aloud: “I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. I [name] decree
I Am releasing what is not mine to carry or to heal now.” Next count down from 10 to 1. After the number one, speak powerfully,
“Disconnect!” Many people feel a release
when doing this. Some don’t. But you can be assured that it is quite
effective for releasing stuff that isn’t deeply entrenched in one’s energy. I’ve
found some people are pleasantly surprised that relief of symptoms can be so
easily accomplished.
About 15-20 years ago, I
overheard a wholistic-oriented man complain that that he had felt something in
his lower body for months—no pain, just fullness, but the colonics he had been
undergoing weren’t eliminating the discomfort.
I didn’t know him well enough to suggest spiritual and energy
healing. No doubt his symptom could have
been easily alleviated by addressing the issue from a spiritual perspective. There are different ways to approach dis-ease.
