Recently,
when applying for myself a simple process that I learned from Scott Beebe of
Florida in the 1990s, I realized that it has been a long time since I shared it
on this site. It’s so beneficial—yet quick and easy! It has been revised a wee bit from what Scott
shared.
First
set your intent aloud and powerfully. I recommend: “I Am [your name]. I Am That
I Am. I Am releasing what is not mine to carry or to heal Now.” Next, count backward aloud from 10 to 0. After the zero, say “Disconnect!” Than take a slow, deep breath and make some
sort of strong motion with the hands and arms—one that signifies dismissal and clearing
for you. Often, you’ll feel what is not yours leave—sometimes with cough,
muscle jerking, etc. Word of advice: Use
your power when clearing yourself. It’s
not the time to be soft and gentle!
Even
if you don’t think you’re carrying other people’s stuff in your energies, try
it once a week for several weeks. You
never know what might reveal itself. And keep in mind that clearing once and
remaining clear “forever” is highly unlikely (and there are different types of
contaminants to clear applying different processes).
