ELEMENTALS ASSIGNED TO THE HUMAN BODY

As often happens, I
overheard a comment in an Internet video or on a blogtalk program (forget
which) that got my attention when the speaker said that each of our bodies has
an elemental and gave a little more information. I immediately was sure I knew
who mine is and her appearance. I
scribbled the term on a piece of paper and did some Internet research later. It is common for information on the Internet to
not agree with other information on the same term or subject, and such was the
case when researching “body elemental.”
I’ll share some of the information I found.

contacted on the inner realms through meditation. Each one has an individual

tiny height of less than an inch to a height of three feet etherically, and up
to twelve feet on rare occasions. Your Body Elemental can become a source of
amusement for you when you take the time to befriend them. They will teach you
laughter and joy, and may at times become a little mischievous, but always in
the Light.

and can be seen in the aura. It is innocent and childlike as well as
intelligent and masterful. The body elemental is about 3 feet tall and usually
closely resembles the individual it serves. It is responsible for all functions

organs and systems running smoothly. The body elemental is also responsible for
helping maintain our emotional and mental wellbeing. From birth until death, it
serves the needs of the evolving soul on the physical plane. We would not be
alive without the service of our body elemental, which has been with us since
the beginning of our incarnations. It was created simultaneously with our
physical body and becomes a part of our evolving consciousness while gaining
experience in the plane of Matter. Each and every embodiment, it creates and
maintains a new body for us. . . . The body elemental works closely with our
Higher Self and helps bring down the Light of Spirit/God to nourish every cell
of the body. Like other elementals, they will also mimic our moods and respond
to our mandates. So if you decree, "I am sick" or that you feel
"good", the body elemental, like a genie, will act upon your
"order". Our body elementals are also aware of every thought and
feeling, and will outpicture them within the cells of the body temple. Negative
thoughts and feelings can not only make us ill, but also the body elemental. So
it is very important to learn to control your thoughts and feelings and stay in
harmony as much as possible! Establishing a positive attitude toward life
releases the body elemental to establish our health and well being. Our body
elementals are our unseen helpers and friends! They respond to our sending them
appreciation, love and gratitude. Those who befriend their body elemental and
establish a good rapport with them - whether conscious or unconscious - are
usually blessed with effortless good health. In learning to listen to your body
elemental, it will tell you whatever it needs. Unfortunately, just as with the
other elementals (gnomes, sylphs, undines and salamanders), our body elementals
can become seriously handicapped by the mass consciousness of man. It is
important to call from your Higher Self for the protection and freedom of the
body elemental from all negative energies and all that is not of the Light.
About My Body
Elemental: After reading the articles
excerpted here, I spent some time focused on my body elemental. I had been correct about her identity (and I
have been aware of many of her activities). However, I didn’t know her name, so
I asked. I received, “Deidra.” I wanted to be sure of the spelling, and she
insisted on Deidra rather than the spelling “Deidre” with which I was familiar. So I researched that spelling on the Internet
and discovered it is also used. Its origins
are Gaelic/Irish! That gave me an “aha”
because I feel a strong pull toward the Gaelic/Irish, and some of the events
and scenes in my mind’s eye have been Gaelic/Irish type experiences. Now I call my body elemental by name and consult
with her. She and I are better for the
acknowledgement and feel closer.
