Facebook Friend Update: I have done some damage to my knee somehow and right now
can't walk but hobbling around hoping deep heat helps! Guess it's a glass of
wine and feet up for the rest of the evening!
My Comment: Here's a suggestion. Lay your hand on the
knee and say aloud, gently and lovingly: "I Am [your name]. I apologize.
Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you." After several repetitions, and
about 15-30 minutes, flex your knee. If there is some relief,
continue repeating the words with love. At some point (an hour perhaps), if you
sense no results, lay your hand on the knee and press firmly and say aloud,
"I [your name] Decree I Am eliminating all causes of the pain NOW."
Then lift your hand up quickly as if you were yanking something out. Then run
your hand over the knee with the intent to seal the area.
Response: I will definitely do the affirmations. I have
been very consciously doing manifestation visualization techniques recently, so
this affirmation is perfect! Thanks so much!
Results Report: Well, for the last 45 minutes I did as
suggested, and in the last 10 minutes it became totally clear where I was
blocked and who to forgive, including myself.
I can truly say that the pain in my knee has subsidized by 90%!!!!! This
was a perfectly appropriate affirmation. Thanks.
Forgiving Yourself: For your own
self, get in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and repeat aloud
slowly, “I forgive you, [your name]” over and over again, remembering to
breathe slowly and deeply. You might sense shifts in your energy or even find
tears forming; some find themselves weeping freely. We often suggest doing this
every day for a week—and even longer if emotion is still coming up.
Forgiving Others: Imagine the
person in your mind’s eye or look at a photo of the person. Deep breathe slowly. Focus on the person with
intent. Speak aloud if at all
possibly. First introduce yourself: “[Person’s name], this is [your name]. Then
repeat over and over, “I forgive you [person’s name].”
Giving and Asking for Forgiveness (for known or unknown “sins”): Imagine the
person in your mind’s eye or look at a photo of the person. Deep breathe
slowly. Focus on the person with intent. Speak aloud: “[Person’s name], this is [your name]. I ask you to forgive me [person’s name] for
my sins against you—throughout space-time—throughout time-space. I forgive you, [person’s name], for your sins
against me—throughout space-time—throughout time-space. I choose to move from karma into grace and ask
you to do the same. Thank you.”
