During
my usual long bath this morning, words for blogs circulated in my mind. One was
about psychic attacks. We’ve written on
this topic before, but recently I have wanted to emphasize that increasing one’s
overall frequency resonance vibration is the highest and best way to protect
one's self. One may still experience attacks, but their impact will be
minimized and many times even nonexistent. There are numerous ways to do this—some we’ve
shared on this site.
When
I opened my main email account this morning, there was an email sharing a blog
article of Anna Merkaba dated June 27, 2013 on the subject of
protecting against psychic attacks. Synchronicity! The following process recommended
by Anna in her blog article is one way to increase the frequency resonance
vibration. I have made a few small additions
and minor revisions to make this easier for my regular readers to understand.
Instructions:
Stand
upright, with your palms facing up to the sky. Imagine that from the top of
your head (your crown chakra) there is a golden cord that is extending all the
way to the source/god/all that is. [A-L Note: The seat of the soul is the upper
chest at the top of the heart center in the area of the thymus center, and I
recommend the golden cord originate there and go to the Galactic Center.] Now ask for the violet flame enter each and
every one of your [energy wheels] chakras and to act as a protective shield against
all negative energies (and imagine it). [A-L Note: My regular readers know the
format for asking.] Ask that your whole
body be encapsulated in a golden “filter” light of protection, followed by platinum
and finally diamond (and imagine it). Activate your merkaba by imagining that
two tetrahedrons are rotating around you (one clockwise and the other counterclock
wise). [A-L Note: If you’re not familiar with the structure of the merkaba, you
can find diagrams and information easily on the Internet.] Ask that a beam of light come from Source [the galactic center] and move
light through your entire body, exiting
at the feet and going all the way down to the core of the earth, grounding you
(and imagine it). Ask that you be grounded and imagine roots form the bottom of
your feet that go all the way down to the core of the earth. From there you are
drawing the earth’s energies back up to you; allow those energies to permeate
your whole being and go out of the top of your head. Do that in such a way as
to have a continuous flow from your crown down to the core of the earth and
back up again in a circle type formation. [A-L Note: Use your central vertical
channel for this. We have a process we share with supporters detailing how to
enhance your central vertical channel in handout form.] Finally ask that your merkaba protect your
person from all negativity, and imagine your merkaba in place. You can find

Words
have power—especially words with “I Am” in front of them, but adding the
imagination to the recipe for change is very powerful indeed. And no doubt is
allowed! One simple affirmation/decree I recommend which serves as protection
while at the same time increasing one’s frequency resonance vibration is: “I Am
[your name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of Christ, with the power of Christ
Divine within me, with my Applied Conscious Intent, and with the power of my
mighty Divine I Am presence, I [your name] decree I Am ascending all of me and
mine out of harm’s way, into the safe zone, into the highest light of heaven
and fullness of light and freedom—on a full and permanent basis now.” One is to
breathe fully and deeply, in and out through the nose, and imagine one’s energy
ascending higher than the body and the presence of golden light energy.
We
