Facebook friend recently shared a brief update that he/she is working on an
article about energy vampires (people). Several people made derogatory comments about people they label energy
vampires.
My
comment: I've been of the opinion for
many years that if my energy channels are clear (uncontaminated) enough to
allow a free flowing of universal life force energy I won't become drained by
anyone. If I ever feel drained in the
presence of someone, I'm the one with the problem--not the other person, and
they're serving as an angel to let me know I need to do some clearing of
myself. There are energy movement
exercises that facilitate this, but some longstanding contaminants require
in-depth facilitation. People who feel
empty seem to naturally take energy from others. It’s a survival
mechanism. I notice when someone is
tapping into my energy because it feels various degrees of wonderful It's so
uplifting and energizing to bring more energy through one's own self or even to
experience someone tapping into one's energy when one is sufficiently clear.
It's not about blaming someone else, but taking responsibility for one's own
self. Consider this.
