the April 25, 2015 issue of CoastZone, ezine (www.coasttocoastam.com),
it was reported that Marie D. Jones
(author specializing in the paranormal, metaphysics, and conspiracies) believes that the CIA’s MKUltra mind control research continued after it was "shut down" by
Congress in 1964, and that today the program targets individual test subjects
utilizing microwave and electronic harassment, as well as voice-to-skull
technology, which she suggested could explain some cases of schizophrenia. She was a guest on a recent CoastZone
program. If you’re not familiar with
Coast to Coast AM, which has been broadcasting for decades, check it out. Guests (some experts in their fields) share
a wealth of information on topics that aren’t given much time (if any at all) in
mainstream news.
I
didn’t recall ever seeing the term “voice to skull technology” before. I was surprised when I did an Internet search
and found more than a few options to read and explore. Discovered that I’ve
been familiar with the technology for years, but just didn’t remember seeing
that term before. It is my opinion (an
opinion shared by many others) that many people “hearing voices” are the target
of outside influences. I shared one
possible case in “Discernment of Character” on this site, posed on April 24,
2015. Whenever I see a shocked or
soul-less look in the eyes of young men in the USA who have gone to schools and
other places and committed mass murders, my thoughts automatically go to mind
control. And “hearing voices” can lead
to mind control—from a little to a lot, long-term or temporary.
Technically,
there is a difference between actually “hearing voices,” which sounds as if you’re
talking to someone who is with you in person, and receiving words that are more
like thoughts, and this can lead one to assume the thoughts are one’s own. From www.targetedindividualscanada.com: One
especially invasive attack method in the arena of ‘psycho-electronic’ mind
control is ‘voice to skull’. Voice to skull is the transmission of voice, or
any other audible or subliminal sound, directly into the hearing sense of the
mind control victim. This is sometimes done around the clock and can be one of
the severest forms of torture. Voice to skull technology is sometimes referred
to as “synthetic telepathy”. In addition
to simply driving a target crazy, voice to skull can cause far more severe
damage to a targeted person if instead of audible voice, one of
several types of SUBLIMINAL voice is
transmitted instead. When the subliminal voice is that of a hypnotist, and is
aimed at a targeted person’s head, voice to
skull can be used over time to undetectably program the person. Because the
power level required is fairly modest, being something like the output of the
common heat lamp, the person being programmed could have no idea this was
happening. It is common for psycho-electronic
mind control victims to report a very frequent or constant “ringing in the
ears,” which is also a symptom of the
“Lowery” method of subliminal voice conversion. Lowery’s method is described in
U.S. patent 5,159,703 and such a converter can easily be built by someone with
reasonable electronic assembly abilities.

Put it simply. they won’t be able to teach you
Chinese. An example of this is that if a person says a sentence very slowly and
close to your ears, then you will only understand it if you know it or parts of
it, otherwise your interpretation of what’s being said would be different as
compared to what was actually said.
There is an actual web site named www.voicetoskull.com, with a wealth of
information. Here’s an intro excerpt from an article: Until
recently, people who believe the government is beaming voices into their heads
would have added social isolation to their catalogue of woes. But now, many
have discovered hundreds, possibly thousands, of others just like them all over
the world. Victims have begun to host support meetings in major cities,
including Washington. Favorite topics at the meetings include lessons on how to
build shields (the proverbial tinfoil hats), media and PR training, and
possible legal strategies for outlawing mind control. The biggest hurdle
for is getting people to take their
concerns seriously. A proposal made in 2001 by U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) to
ban “psychotronic weapons” (another common term for mind-control technology)
was hailed by as a great step forward. But the
bill was widely derided by bloggers and columnists and quickly dropped.
The site of MindTech Sweden (www.mindcontrol.se.com) is an easy
read and has valuable information (in English). Here are some excerpts: Out
of nowhere, a voice suddenly blooms in the mind of the target. The human skull
has no “firewall” and therefore cannot shut the voice out. The receiver can
hear the sender’s verbal thoughts. The sender, in turn, can hear all of the
target’s thoughts, exactly as if the target’s verbal thoughts had been spoken
or broadcast. For this reason, the experience could be called “hearing voices”
but is more properly described as “artificial telepathy.” When used as a “nonlethal” weapons system it becomes an ideal
means for neutralizing or discrediting a political opponent. Peace protestors,
inconvenient journalists and the leaders of vocal opposition groups can be
stunned into silence with this weapon. Artificial telepathy also offers an
ideal means for complete invasion of privacy. If all thoughts can be read, then
Passwords, PIN numbers, and personal secrets simply cannot be protected.
As someone who has experienced “artificial telepathy” (not
actually hearing voices) since giving up the “traveling angel lifestyle” and
living in one location for five years now, I can report that, yes, whoever has
been targeting me this way during the last five years does try to get the
passwords, and even my social security number. So I scramble my thoughts or
give incorrect information. I also have ringing in the ears the majority of the
time, and it is very nice on the rare occasions when I’m not experiencing it.
By living in one location, I’m a “sitting duck” for the perpetrators.
Fortunately, the level of abuse I experience is low when compared to that
reported by many others. I ignore them
much of the time. I telepathically overhear “no response” many times. An internationally known “soul healer," when in the area for programs and private sessions about twenty-five years
ago,told several of us, including a flight attendant, that when we travel a lot
and don’t spend all our time in one place, “they” can’t “get a fix" on us. I would add to that and report that when one
changes locations, such as moving from one lodging place to another, “they”
struggle to “get a fix” on their targets. And “they” attempt to discourage
their targets from leaving lodging places. “They” don’t want their
targets out of frequency range at all, and definitely not for long periods of
time. Not having an automobile to be out
and about for five years has been difficult for me in more ways than one.
I hope this article brings some light into the consciousness of
readers who have been targeted with voice-to-skull technology aka artificial
telepathy, etc., some of whom may be suspecting schizophrenia (or medically
diagnosed). If you suspect you have been
targeted, please set your mind at ease (at least somewhat) and explore the
subject on the Internet—reading and scanning the articles and information so as
not to miss anything that might be beneficial to you.
