I
came to awareness about 3:00 this morning with the thought to cleanse the
consciousness of my embodiment. And so I
began—decreeing whatever came to mind.
After a half hour or so of perceiving and sensing shifts and changes
throughout my person, I decided that was enough for one session. It isn’t wise
to overdo.
Simply
put, one’s embodiment has soul consciousness and body consciousness, which
includes cellular consciousness. Cleansing the consciousness changes the whole
person at different levels, in varying degrees, beginning immediately, with
some changes taking longer to complete than others.
What
would one want to cleanse from consciousness?
The short answer is: whatever
comes to mind. However, you might get started with basic, general terms, such
as negatives, demonics, impurities, and disease. As your cleansing session proceeds, more specific terms will usually begin coming
to mind, such as a person’s name, a disease, poverty and lack, a location, or unworthiness. Your spoken word begins the cleansing
process. What is deeply embedded will be
cleansed with more intensity than what is near the surface of consciousness.
Let’s
get started. Who are you? “I Am [your name].” To that you might add: “of [city/county and
state]” or “I Am the I Am that I Am” or “a follower of Christ” or “a sovereign
being.” Perhaps something else comes to
mind. This is your statement of being
for the beginning of each session.
By
whose power and authority do you make your decrees? Firstly, it’s your intent, spoken as “with my
Applied Conscious Intent.” Then you may
want to add, “By the power and authority vested in me by [insert]--.” You could insert one or more of these: “the Light” or “my Inner Divine Spirit” or “Christ
Divine” or “Christ in me.” (This
references “Christ in you the hope of glory spoken by St. Paul in The New
Testament.”)
So
now we have your statement of being for the beginning of your session. Next, we
have the beginning of each decree, which is, “I Am [your name]. With my Applied
Conscious Intent—,“ adding if desired, “By the power and authority vested in me
by [insert your choice]--.”—I [your name] Decree I Am, we are, cleansing the
consciousness of this my embodiment of all [insert term]—up and down the time
lines—up and down the verticals—for the duration—now.” Finish with your choice
of “And so it is!” or “So be it!” Then
move your body in some way to signify completion of the decree, such as
clapping hands together once or stomping each foot once, or even wiggling toes
all together.
Just
do it. But don’t overdo it. All things
in moderation. Allow a day or two between sessions so as not to stress one’s
self unnecessarily. Just speak the word
and allow Divine to cleanse the consciousness.
