Someone
posted a photo with words on it to Facebook recently. The words were: “If you’re not excited about it, it’s not the
right path.”
My
comment: I prefer "If you're not IN
JOY about it, it's not the right path." Excitement is noisy and of the
solar plexus and mind and rough--throwing it out and about. Joy is of the heart,
quiet, and gently radiates outward. But that is just my preference.
I
will add here: Excitement can throw a
person into imbalance. Joy allows one to stay centered and balanced.
