HEALING THE NEGATIVE

Negative
thoughts bring on negative emotions, creating negative energy, attracting
negative situations, causing dis-ease states, etc. It’s that simple. So what
are you going to do about it?
If
one assumes responsibility for all negativity in one’s life (whether correctly
or incorrectly), then there is plenty one can do about it. I remember a
spiritual/metaphysical teacher recommending years ago that one take
responsibility for the creation of all negativity in one’s experience and
destroy it—yes, destroy it, using the words, “What I have created, I can
destroy, and I Am destroying ________.”
Well, that might be useful from time to time, but I’m 99% nonviolent (percentage
given just then), and I prefer more gentle ways of dealing with the unwanted.
To
uncreate negativity of any kind, I prefer to begin with the spoken word, which
has much power and can cause reverberations throughout one’s totality and
beyond. We recommend transmuting and
transforming negative energies into love energies as the first step, for it’s easier
and gets faster results than starting with direct addressing of thought
processes, and so doing can work miracles as far as changing negative thoughts
to positive, life-affirming thoughts (which also positively impacts one’s
emotions). The affirmation/decree for this is:
"I Am [your name], a sovereign free will being. I Am The I Am That I Am. I [your name] Decree
I Am transmuting and transforming all negative energies within and around my being into healing love
energies--on a full and permanent basis--now." If one is new to this, it can take
repetitions over days and weeks to turn things around.
Going
further, one can transform all toxic energies into healing love energies, and
move on, at some point, to transforming all dis-ease energies into healing love
energies, and so on. Because we continue
to create and attract, this isn’t a once-done-complete process. It continues
throughout a lifetime.
One
might ask: Why are you recommending transmuting
and transforming into healing love energies?
Because love is the miracle in any and all recipes/formulas, and the feeling
that comes over one with healing love energies as the goal is—well, you do it
and discover how it feels.
Often
(but not always), no further intentional action need be taken. So we’ll stop
here.
P.S. Center for Healing Love Energy was the original
name of our ministry for a few years and was changed to Healing Love Lighthouse
in the 1980s, although the ministry didn’t become official until1990.
