There are many spirits of various types that are “running
loose” in the overtones of 3D and the lower astral plane. If you think they have no effect on you, then
think again (but no need to have fear).
It’s common that they do affect us in various ways, to varying degrees. One way is by attaching to us—grabbing hold
and hanging on. Sometimes they are able to penetrate deep into our energy,
which means it takes a little more effort to remove them than usual. When
attached (and they can come and go if they don’t get stuck), they can influence
thought processes (and cause mental confusion), mood, words, food preferences, body
weight, appearance, and much more. You
won’t find ethical, high-vibration light beings attaching in this way this
because they know it can cause issues and harm (although they will overlay at
one’s invitation and with permission for purposes of assisting the host and
others--temporarily usually).
I suspected that hitch-hikers aka piggy-backers aka
hangers-on might be a major problem of someone with issues for whom we are
beginning to facilitate wellbeing remotely. Checked and found about fifteen, and
then set out to coach her in dealing with them appropriately, assuring her that
we the Angel-Light Team would remove them if she was unable to do it per our detailed
instructions. She succeeded! Within five minutes, her mood had lifted, and
she was feeling “lighter in body, mind, and spirit” and had the desire to get
up and dance.
It is important to note here that all that is released when
one is decontaminating needs to be processed appropriately (and there are a
variety of ways to do so, depending on the type of intrusion, attachment,
etc.).
