CLEARING YOUR ENERGY WITH GOLDEN DISKS

When awakening this
morning, I became aware of angels (benevolent light beings) who were spinning a
disk of golden light above my head. And
then I remembered a clearing procedure I haven’t used in years and began
it. At one point I was reminded that it
was too small, that I needed to make it wider so as to cover my entire
embodiment. Made me laugh in appreciation.
Here is the process should you wish to play with it (and many times
throughout the year are recommended).
Place your body in a
comfortable position and close your eyes.
Sitting is probably the better position.
Take enough full body breaths to relax yourself—in through the nose, out
through the mouth—slowly, deeply. You
might also say silently to yourself “relax” and “at ease” (or even “quiet mind”
if necessary). Match one syllable or one
word of each to your inhaling and one to your exhaling. Then call upon the angels (meaning benevolent
light beings) to clear your embodiment with golden disks as follows: “I Am [your name]. I Am The I Am That I
Am. In the name of the Christ and in the
name of the Light, I [your name] call upon the angels with the golden disks to
clear my embodiment of all contaminants now.
Thank you.”
You may sense these
angels (light beings) begin working immediately or in a minute or two. Or you may need to start and guide the process. When you sense readiness, imagine spinning
above your head a big, flat disk of clear golden light, in the shape of a CD or
vinyl record, but without the hole in the center. It is about five feet in
diameter (across) and is spinning counterclockwise. Then count to three silently and, on the
count of three, imagine that disk spinning down through your embodiment very
rapidly—so fast that it almost becomes indiscernible—and down to the core of
the earth (so as to give all the garbage of various types to the earth for processing).
Immediately imagine another golden disk spinning through. And another.
At least three, but more if you wish.
You may find that the golden disks get ahead of you and all you need is
just to witness—especially after employing this clearing procedure many times
over time.
When you sense the
angels (benevolent light beings) with the golden light are finished, thank them
again, coming from your heart center.
