SMUDGING OR LIGHT
ENERGY?

A Facebook friend's husband put his foot down and forbade
her to smudge after she burned yet another spot on a surface. Comments
followed, including mine.
People, there is no need to smudge when you can do it
another way without smoking up your lungs and surfaces in your home. Optimize the flow of universal light source
energy through you and clear the toxic energy with it instead of smoke. Set your intent to clear, such as "I Am
[your name], and I Am clearing my home of all metaphysical toxins and
garbage--NOW." Or, "I Am [your
name]. I Am The I Am That I Am. In the name of the Light [or the Christ, if you
prefer], with my applied conscious intent, with the power and authority of my
Divine I Am Spirit, and with the power of my spoken word, I [your name] decree
and declare I Am cleansing all the garbage from my person and my
home." Then start with breathing
fully but quickly in and out and your open mouth to prime the pump, so to speak.
Three breaths are probably enough. "Shake your bootie" (wiggle and
move your entire body). Then imagine golden white energy flowing into and
through you and sling it out in all directions, chanting "clear"
aloud. Remember to breathe freely throughout and not hold your breath. My body
feels good just writing about it here. The more you do this (once a week and
more if needed), the easier it will be for you, and the better you will be at
it." No need to smudge! PS: You might do another walk-through after you
have finished and raise your arms with palms out at least once in
each room and speak: "Let there be
light!"
