THROUGH EMOTIONAL RELEASE

Facebook news is that they are focusing more on grouping people
rather than supporting individuality, and when they recommended some groups for
me, I joined some that seemed to be forums where we the Angel-Light Team could
assist others. There’s not enough time
in the day to read all posts of members, of course. However, after a few days, it’s clear that many
people are struggling with what, at one time, was called low self-esteem. I found we were responding to several posts
with the process below “for starters.”
Here's a Louise Hay process we’ve been recommending for many years
because it can be very helpful. Everything beyond “love” is what we added. This
process will probably bring up some emotion and tears (a sign of emotional releasing).
Deep breathing is very important throughout. Stand or sit in front of a mirror
and look into your eyes and deep breathe. Speak, "I love you [your
name]," slowly for ten times, taking a deep breath in between each
statement. If you have an emotional
release before ten times, that's okay.
Start again the next day. Keep this up until you can repeat it ten times
in one session and feel good inside and smile honestly--even if it takes months. Then move on and do the same with: "I want you [your name]," always
looking into your eyes. After complete
with want, move on to: “I respect you [your name]. The next is: “I value you
[your name].” Don't start a new word
until you've fully processed the others--one by one. Some will finish this
within a few short weeks; others may take months or even a year to
complete.
