this time, the focus of the Angel-Light Team is to empower people—not rescue
people (with some exceptions, of course).
In that spirit, we are posting the three basic “handout” documents we
provide—one after the other—to the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ so they will be easy to find. We
recommend they be read and studied and applied in numerical order.
BASIC 3: SELF-HEALING PRAYERS

I Am [your name]. From my Heart and with all
my Being, I invite my Divine I Am Spirit to fully merge with me now. In a good
and Sacred way, I invite Divine Light into my heart and into my entire Being on
all Levels. I invite the highest order of Divine Light Beings to work with me
now. All that is done must be for my highest will and good and be in alignment
with my Divine Soul Essence and Soul Purpose. I ask that this my apartment home
be completely filled and surrounded with Divine Light and Divine Love—on a full
and permanent basis—now.
I Am [your name]. I invite Divine Spirit to replace, without
prejudice, all my Team, Staff, Crew, and Spirit Associates who are not aligned
with Divine Love, Divine Truth, Divine Will, and Divine Wisdom with beings that
are aligned with Divine Love, Divine Truth, Divine Will, and Divine Wisdom. I
thank all those beings who are now to leave for your past support, and I honor
you for all you have done for me. I ask that all the Divine Light Beings
working with me be changed as necessary to facilitate and support me through
all the changes and all the challenges on my path. I ask for this now, and so
it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name]. From my Heart and with all
my Being, I state to Divine Spirit that, from this time forward, I will only
work with Divine Light Beings and Spirits and Energies that are aligned with
Divine Love, Divine Truth, Divine Will, and Divine Wisdom. At no time will I
work with or be associated with anything otherwise. This is how it will be, and
so it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I state to Divine Spirit
that, from this time forward, I only want my statements of Intent carried out
that are for my Highest Will and Good and that are in alignment with all that I
am. I ask Divine Spirit to ignore any statements or thoughts or requests that
are not aligned in this way. I ask Divine Spirit to ignore any negative or
nonaligned thoughts totally and utterly. I ask Divine Spirit to accept this
statement as an overriding statement concerning all my self healing and my
spiritual and ascension work. I ask, and so it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name]. From my Heart and with all
my Being, I state to Divine Spirit that I am committed to moving towards the
absolute and total truth--nothing less. I ask Divine Spirit to guide me in
casting off my illusions, to gently help me let go of all my faulty belief
systems and understandings whatever they are. I ask Divine Spirit to work with
me continually to bring me ever closer to a state of knowledge and wellbeing. I
ask for this now, and so it is. Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I invite Divine Spirit to
give me everything I need to change my conditioning, my mind sets, my
attitudes, and my habits so that they are in alignment with my true nature. I
ask for this now, and so it is! Thank
you!
I Am [your name]. From my Heart and with all
my Being, I invite Divine Spirit to help me be fully focused on ascending at
the fastest rate possible and to the highest level that it is possible for me
to achieve within this lifetime while living reasonably safe and secure. I
state that it is my intention to work through all the issues that I am here to
resolve in the easiest and most efficient way possible and to clear all issues
that I can on all levels. I ask Divine Spirit to give me full support to
achieve this. I ask, and so it is! Thank
you!
I Am [your name]. From my Heart and with all
my Being, I ask Divine Spirit to work with me always to take me ever closer to
my Divine Self. I ask that absolutely everything that is holding me back be
brought to my awareness at the right time and that I am given all the tools,
direction, and support that I need to deal with everything that limits me in
any way. In this, I ask to be made aware of all limiting and non-honoring
agendas, attachments, associations, and affiliations that I may be part of. I
ask Divine Spirit to give me all that I need to achieve this completely and
totally. I ask, and so it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I invite Divine Spirit to
continually look for more efficient and honoring ways to help me resolve my
issues, release my traumas, and to take me fully into my Divine Self. I ask for
all my releases, realizations, and integrations to proceed with ease, joy,
love, humor, laughter, and delight. I ask for this now, and so it is! Thank
you!
I Am [your name]. I state that if it is for
my highest good and in alignment with my soul essence and soul purpose, then I
invite Divine Spirit to give me everything I need to transmute and transform
all that is to be released and cleared,
when appropriate, directly into clear light energy to be released and cleared
from me with ease, joy, glory, and permanence. I ask for this to be done now,
and so it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name] I state to Divine Spirit
that I am no longer willing to accept abuse and suffering and pain and sabotage
as part of my life. I am now finished completely with abuse and suffering and
pain and sabotage; they are no longer a part of my existence. From now on, I am
moving fully and totally into Love, Joy, Bliss, Happiness, and Serenity. This
is how I will be from now on; this is how I am. I ask Divine Spirit to give me
all that I need to achieve this completely and totally. I ask, and so it is!
Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I state to Divine Spirit that I am committed
to fully trusting myself and the process of my ascension into my Divine Self. I
ask to be given whatever I need to move me completely into a state of Divine
Trust and Divine Flow. I let go of worry. I let go of insecurity and doubt to
live in the moment. I ask Divine Spirit to give me all that I need to achieve
this completely and totally. I ask, and so it is! Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I invite Divine Spirit to
give me absolutely everything I need on all levels so that I may forgive and
accept myself totally and completely. In my heart, I forgive myself, and I
accept myself for all that I have done anywhere. I ask Divine Spirit to help me
with this continuously until I am totally forgiving, accepting, and self
loving. Thank you!
I Am [your name]. I state to Divine Spirit
that I am fully committed to loving myself totally. I refuse to struggle any
longer. My life now unfolds easily, joyously, and wonderfully. I am blessed
with absolutely everything I need exactly when I need it, and my life is filled
with abundance and richness. I ask Divine Spirit to give me all that I need to
