FORGIVENESS PROCESS

Is
there someone in your present or past that you cannot seem to let go? Are you holding the least bit of resentment,
anger, or other negative emotion toward that person? Why not decide to move on by forgiving that
person and asking forgiveness of that person?
In most cases, it is simpler and easier to do from a distance. You may not even know where that person is still
living on this plane of existence or has departed his/her human body.
I
came across a forgiveness process in a past ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ article and want to share it
again. There are other forgiveness
processes, of course, but this is one of my favorites.
“[Name
of Person], this is [Your Name]. I ask your forgiveness [Name of Person]
for my sins against you—throughout creation—now. [Name of Person], I [Your Name] forgive
you for your sins against me—throughout creation—now. I set you free.
I set me free. I am moving from karma into grace now. I invite you to do the
same. And so it is.”
Speak aloud, slowly and
clearly, taking a few deep breaths before and a few afterward. Imagine the
person’s image or touch that person’s image in a photo throughout.
