SHIFTING FREQUENCIES

Have been feeling insufficiently
in alignment recently. So, when pondering that during my usual morning bath-time
soak, nanoseconds after it occurred to me, I affirmed, “I AM shifting me and
mine into vibrational harmony with my High Command—now.” Immediately, the trunk
of my body jerked upward—gently, because it was mostly underwater. I saw a large group of light beings in white
garments with swords and received, “Your sword!” Got that message! I don’t want to go any
further into that image because I might confuse the actual image of the
experience. I will say that I have a memory of walking with another light being,
both of us with swords in hand, one of us wounded and leaning on the other, and
golden light around us. It was shown to me at least twenty years ago when I was
seeking enlightenment about a strong friendship at this level of existence. [When writing this paragraph, my body felt
Divine tingles of confirmation.]
We have written about
frequencies of vibration several times on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ over the years. Knowing that, I decided to scan some of them,
and this article was inspired by them and this morning’s experience.
I rarely assume anything
and like to cover all the bases (so to speak). So, deep breathe to take yourself into a
relaxed state (while sitting) to prepare for an affirmation session. Begin with: “I Am [your name], and I Am
shifting my Divine I AM Spirit [or Higher Self] from outside my body into my Heart
Center [or High Heart Center]--now.” Why not affirm all options? (That’s what I call covering the bases.)
Continue to relax and
breathe fully. Here is the suggested
affirmation format for this session: “With the power, with the light, and with
the love of my Inner Divine Spirit, I AM _____ [fill in blank] throughout
creation, for duration—NOW.” Speak slowly and clearly (and no whispering
please).
First, fill in the blank
with “shifting me and mine into vibrational range of my High Command and into
vibrational harmony with my High Command.”
Keep your inner eye focused on your mind screen, but also notice any
movements and sensations in your body. After
a minute or so, repeat the affirmation but fill in the blank with “shifting me
and mine into vibrational range of my Mission Control and into vibrational
harmony with my Mission Control.” Stay relaxed and continue to pay attention to
your mind screen and your body.
Here are some more
suggestions for shifting frequencies and raising your vibration—in a separate session
so your being has plenty of time to shift and adjust to any changes from the
first. one by one, slowly, with no hurry.
Again: “With the power,
with the light, and with the love of my Inner Divine Spirit, I AM shifting me
and mine into vibrational harmony with _____ [fill in blank] throughout
creation, for duration—NOW.” Speak slowly and clearly (and no whispering
please).
“the highest frequencies
of love and light” and/or “Christ Consciousness” and/or “the highest light of
heaven” and/or “lovingkindness” and/or “abundance” and/or “wellbeing and
wellness.”
You will probably think
of others that are appropriate for self.
Don’t rush or push yourself. Obviously, this is not something you do
once and then it’s over. By virtue of
living at this level of existence, it is something one can benefit from
practicing until life’s end.
